Are you serious -
So disrespectful ,, I called a total of 5 times on the two numbers over a few days
No call back ,,
Finally a call back and scheduled a date and time -
NO SHOW !
waited all day -- then all week - to even get a call to update -
( I do not need to beg for a plumber to HOSE me)
I guess being a plumber these days and making the big money
means you float on your own boat and do not care about the time of
problems of others ---
Called another plumber last night -- came today and fix my issues
$500 or so is substantial for me --- Marco will never get my business or referral
A huge WASTE of my time ---
Do not bother calling --- Worthless !

I lost substantial money waiting for this guy -- A ZERO in my book

I called Expert Plumbing for an issue in a rental I own and they arranged to come out the same day. Marco got right to work and solved the problem. He cleaned up and agreed to do a little extra work that I needed while he was there. I thought his rate was reasonable and would definitely call Expert again.

Had a recent issue with my hot water heater and since it was still under warranty, the company I purchased it from set up an appointment with Expert Plumbing. Marco was right on time, completed the work faster than I thought it would take, was polite, answered all the questions I had and took the time to explain what happened and why. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again. I'm thinking of installing a new kitchen faucet and water filter system and will have Expert Plumbing handle the install.

I've been using Expert Plumbing since 2004, initially for a condo in Carmel Valley (which is now a rental) and now for my primary residence. They are always incredibly prompt in getting back to me, which is important when dealing with plumbing issues! They are professional and personable and always do quality work. I have worked with both Marco and Darin and they are fantastic! I've had them repair toilets, install new toilets, install a new water heater, install a new garbage disposal, fixed a leaking hose bib in the back yard...they've done it all.
