Two of the guys came today to check out our natural gas and hook it up to our new stove. They were very friendly and polite! They even made friends with my 3 year old who was talking their ears off. They were fast and got the job done, I couldn't be happier with the service. Highly recommend their service!

Project: Water Heater

I called to set an appointment. They came promptly. Performed the removal of the bad water heater and replaced with a new one very professionally. Job completed without hesitation in about 35-40 minutes. They cleaned up after themselves. Price was as expected not through the roof like other company's quoted. I would recommend them and will be using them again if needed in the future. Very pleased. Thank you

Comes across as a knowledgeable professional. Turns out to be totally out of touch with what customer service means. Blames the customer for his inability to make the job go smoothly. Takes credit for small things then lets the reason you hired him fall to the wayside. But he'll be there to collect his money, you can count on that. Cannot overemphasize to anyone who reads this the benefit in looking elsewhere. There has to be somebody - anybody - that can outperform Expert Mechanical.
