My furnace was blowing cold air. I had Service Master to help with a clean up from a burst pipe, and they recommended ExpertHeating, Air Conditioning. I had called someone else before and had been informed I needed a new Gas Valve. But I decided, I don't know much, and this guy came with a recommendation from Service Master. So Joe Kasallis showed up and told me I did not need a new gas valve but instead needed a new High limit OEM part. So for $196 cash he sent someone over by late afternoon to correct the problem. It blew warmer air but not warm enough to heat up a house. So a week later his guy came back and replaced. This time they sold me a flame sensor for $240 cash. Again, it worked for a short while and then started blowing cold air. When I called them again, he reminded me that our furnace was old and possibly needed replacing, which they also hand wrote in my bills.
I finally pulled the plug and called someone else, they came out, replaced the Gas Valve and the furnace started blowing warm air again, right away. I wish I had never asked service master for their recommendation and instead trusted the first guy.

We have used expert heating and cooling for two furnaces and an air conditioner. After spending nearly 10 thousand dollars over the past five years with this company they have canceled appointments with us on 3 separate occasions. After I took off work the day after thanksgiving they didn't show up, then again in December and now again yesterday. The owner or manager Joe is horrendous at customer service. He is rude and attacks customers, not once did he apologize or offer to wave the fee or give a discount for his lack of follow through. Terrible terrible customer service. Spend your hard earned money else where I know I will.
