Very disappointed... initially the receptionist was fine to talk with and I was able to get someone to come out for an easy fix of pipes on the bathroom sink just two days after the initial call. Took just an hour. I then discovered a leak and had to call to get them back out, which seemed like no problem and a few days they came back. However, I was charged $78. This makes no sense since they should have done the job correctly the first time but claimed they had to use one of their parts and time. Receptionist was very defensive and a touch rude so I asked to talk with the owner but never heard back. Again that day I saw another leak in the pipes, called and no response after I left a message. I called after the weekend (both times within business hours) and still no reply. Three different visits to fix a simple pipe issue... makes me question if they truly know what to do. Seems like they are ignoring my calls for some reason, probably don't want to deal with a complaint or issue. Would not recommend and will not use again, sorry I really tried but if they took the time to check for a leak the first (or second) time maybe I'd think differently.

They started out wonderful. Of late, their work has been sloppy, and do not return calls, after attempting to get a quote 3 times. Went with another company.

Our shower had a small leak and was dripping through the ceiling below. Experienced plumbing came out and re-caulked the drain saying that was probably what was wrong and that if it continued, call them back and they'd ""send out their drywall guy"" to rip open the drywall and look at the plumbing. After they left, the leak continued, and not wanting my drywall ""ripped open"", I googled the issue. The first suggestion was that the shower arm had rusted or the plumbers tape had dried out. Sure enough, I simply unscrewed the shower arm, found that the thread had rusted clean off, got a $10 replacement at Menards and some plumbers tape, and the problem was solved without having them come back to tear out my drywall. What was a ~$15 fix to me cost $130 through Experienced Plumbing, and they would have charged me who knows what to rip out my drywall and repair it if I had not performed the correct repair myself. That doesn't seem like experienced plumbing to me.

I needed to replace my hot water heater- I recommend this company - they are excellent - Scott and Marcus were very professional - didn't know that they were here until the job was completed - awesome - awesome job. They are at the very top of my list if I need plumbing done in the house.

They are outstanding!!! I've used them several times and they have never disappointed me! Most recently & just days before Thanksgiving, they installed a new fridge when Home Depot couldn't do it. They did it the same day I called and saved our Thanksgiving!!! Thank you Experienced Plumbing!!!!!
