I'm going to take the time on this review to explain the absolute level of professionalism, skillful labor & sheer expertise that expedited heat and air truly proved to me and my family! Starting with the friendliest and most astute phone representatives I've experienced. They were so polite and accurate, assuring me throughout the entire process that i was in good hands. I felt the value of this. Erika, Akira & Cheniya will absolutely blow you away. Within a very reasonable amount of time I was greeted with a extremely energetic and fantastic service supervisor Robert M and Josh D. They were absolutely astonishing and fully prepared. After a thorough diagnostic of my AC system, Robert proceeded to explain with friendliness and no pressure the option I had to resolve my issue. Within 1 hour I was back in business and my AC system was working better than it ever had before. He preformed a full maintenance, cleared my drain line, washed my outdoor and indoor coils and sanitized my inside unit. The charge for this service was truly as fair as it gets. I cannot stress enough the tremendous value this company brings to me and my family as a homeowner in Florida. Thank you Expedited Heat and Air, from the bottom of my heart!

We had an AC issue and called Expedited Heat and Air, and they sent technician Michael Miranda out that night to come take a look. He came back and fixed it the very next day. He never gave up and fixed the issue, all with an upbeat and positive attitude. He was very pleasant to work with and we are so grateful for his help! Thank you Michael!

Josh, Jhensen, Luis, and Matt did a great job installing the new AC unit and ducts. The old AC was out of commission and they provided portable AC units while the hardware was being ordered. Very pleased with the speed and professionalism of these folks!

My air conditioner died in the middle of the night last night... of course today's temps were in the 90s, heat index 102. Thanks to all the great, well-deserved reviews, I called Expedited Heat and Air. Jonathan was at my door almost an hour later, he looked over the old equipment here and showed me massive problems.. rust everywhere, frozen fan outside which could not be budged, etc. I could probably had thrown several thousand dollars multiple times at repeated repairs, but now I have a ten year warranty, free parts and labor!!! AND MY HOUSE IS COOL!!! Luis and Orestes were wonderful installers... they were here from 3:15 today until 8:45pm. These men promised they'd have the installation complete today! They also cleaned up after themselves! Today is also Luis' birthday... a VERY HAPPY BIRTHDAY YOUNG MAN!!!! GREAT COMPANY, GREAT EMPLOYEES, and one very happy old woman!!!!!

Great company , they were straight forward with the scope of work on my ac unit and my unit was fix next day in no time , I wish price could be better but they give me a Va discount so that was a nice of them , fully recommend this company ... Watch out for other companies that will try to scam you , definitely this one won't .... Btw Tyler was great fixing my unit

These folks love their business, and it shows in their workmanship and professionalism. My AC went down over the weekend and I reached out to my friends to see who to call. Rob from Expedited Air was recommended to me so I gave him a call. He stopped by my house within 2 hours of my calling and fixed a problem that 2 other companies had been unable to find. Turns out the other companies had added refrigerant and charged me for it when I had not needed it. Due to the age of my system, I ended up having Expedited replace my entire system with a heat pump system about a month later. It was done quickly and the workmanship was excellent. It was apparent they took pride in their work. The system works better than it ever has and my electric bill has dropped by $125 per month. It is pretty difficult to find reliable, trustworthy people to do work on your home. Rob is now in my phone as a first call for anything to do with HVAC, or anything else his company may offer. Super refreshing to deal with an honest HVAC guy. Thanks, Rob. I'll refer you to anyone you'd like.

The company sent out two technicians, Tez and his partner to assess my plumbing/mold situation coming from outlets in my kitchen. They figured it out right away in less than an hour. They didn't charge me, but only guided me towards a different direction not related to plumbing I would definitely use them again.
