Phone call in the morning; Appointment set for 4 hours later; They text me 10 minutes out before arrival time; Maurice shows up, neat, clean, professional and on time; Fixes the problem within 10 minutes; hands me a receipt and points out the 30 day guarantee; DONE!
Added note: I figured it was just a build up of hair that accumulated over the last 1 1/2 years because it is a relatively new house. Exodus didn't try to gouge me or complicate the issue. They were honest and fair on top of everything else. I will use them again for sure.

As a business owner, I can appreciate other business owners that display values like trustworthy, reliable and compassionate. Mauricio O. of Exodus Plumbing is all of that and more, a very rare person to meet.

My kitchen sink was clogged at 6:00 pm. I requested quotes on Yelp. I received 5 responses and Exodus Plumbing was the only business that responded by a person. Mauricio responded with concern that I would face extra charges from other companies, and he was available tomorrow. I explained my urgency because I have a care facility for the elderly and without a functioning kitchen, they would not have the most important meal of the day...breakfast!!!

Mauricio's response was: ""Oh, okay give me your address."" What?!!! Mauricio to the rescue!!! Apparently, Mauricio was done for the day (closed at 6:00 pm) and he was resting before going home and saw my request. He understood and with a sense of compassion, he agreed to help. Unbelievable!!! Wow!!! Awesome!!!

Mauricio arrived as promised, quickly assessed the situation and temporarily cleared the drain (he is returning next week to hydro-blast the drain) to make the kitchen operational for tomorrow.

As we were talking, I sensed that Mauricio has a humble spirit, as he shared how he started his business and his perspective on being a plumber. His employees were important to him and he would selflessly put himself out before his employees. His manner was professional and he explained everything he was doing. He kept the area clean.

This a company that puts the customer first. And he didn't charge any extra fees for coming out. He genuinely wanted to help and for that I'm greatly appreciative of his work ethic and kindness. Definitely going onto my list of professionals I would call. You've got a long time fan and customer Exodus Plumbing!!!
