They came out to clear out a blocked sewage pipe. They also did a camera inspection to see where the problem was. It was because of tree roots blocking the pipe.

They gave me a pretty expensive quote to add a lining to the pipe. Since they didn't record to camera footage (they didn't ask), I cannot use it to ask other companies for a quote without having another camera inspection.

A couple of Internet searches makes me believe their quote is much too high. I guess I will find out when I have another company do the work.

Needed to have the diverter stem on my bath/shower replaced and they were available on short notice. The entire appointment took less than 30 minutes and the two technicians that arrived were friendly and professional.

Good communication and showed up on time for an estimate. However, they quoted $375 for a simple RO installation which was way too high. They easily could have sent me a price via message like some other plumbing companies to save time. I was very clear what system needed to be installed and what the existing conditions were.

We messaged Exodus in the evening and heard back within minutes. They were able to fit us in the very next morning. Emilio arrived at the early part of our allocated window. He was polite, nice, and warm. He took a look at our leaking water heater and let us know that it's out of warranty and we'd need a new one. You could tell he was bummed out for us. He took care of the pilot light to buy us a little bit of time around the holidays. He went through pricing and options for a new heater. He was honest and genuine. Great experience so far for my diagnosis/consult and will be calling them for my water heater!

Mauricio preformed an absolute miracle for us today. We had a major plumbing issue with our bathtub and got a quote from another company, they quoted us thousands of dollars and the repair would be very extreme. I called this morning to get a second opinion from Exodus Plumbing and they were able to send someone today to look at it. We are so incredibly grateful to Mauricio for trying something new and fixing our issue completely. It also saved us so much money and we are so happy we hired this company.

Emilio came out to replace our bathroom sink and water shut-off valves beneath the sink. It's a little chaotic with everyone working remotely, so he was conscious of noise. He was done after about two hours. He hauled away the old sink and pedestal. Everything was taken care of before lunch. I was relieved to get this done before Christmas. Super professional company...I will certainly use them again in the future!

Our visitors let us know that the drain was very slow in our guest bathroom. It was the day before Thanksgiving, so I called to make an appointment to get it cleared early the next week. We were very pleasantly surprised when Mr Mauricio told us he could be there in an hour!

Very satisfied with his work and the charge - very competitive with the advertisements that come in the mail each week, but without the fuss of trying to use a coupon, etc. Even better, we discovered that they are right here in the Bay Ho orbit - I could walk to the business from my house. We will be using Exodus as our go-to plumbing service going forward.
