I don't know how they always manage to come through and save the day. They should wear super hero capes! My business relies on water and with no water we have NO BUSINESS! I have relied on them for over 10 years and not sure why I had not written a review until now. Family run, honest and knowledgeable = priceless!

I've never hired Exner Plumbing. But Harold, the owner, overheard me complaining about my plumbing issue at the local Ace Hardware store.
I didn't even know how to accurately describe my issue, but he volunteered to dissect what I was talking about, walk me to the aisle where the parts I needed were, and explained how to fix the problem.

Although he was there with his assistant buying parts for his own job, he took the time to be of service and helped me solve the issue.

As far as I'm concerned Harold is the best. I would trust him to honestly deal with whatever future plumbing issue I could have and will call him when it inevitably happens.

Exner has been taking care of my plumbing needs at my Studio City home for over 15 years. They are knowledgable, prompt and polite.
Their charges are very fair and most of all I trust them as a company.
They have always been straight with me and have gone out of their way to accommodate my requirements.

We were having a plumbing issue one night so I searched if there are still any plumbers available at night time. I came across Exner Plumbing and they checked if their on-call was available. Since it was already late I just asked to have it scheduled at 8am the next day. Gustavo showed up right at 8am and was able to fix our plumbing issue in less than 30 mins. This was great because it still gave me enough time to get ready for work.

Exner Plumbing is very prompt, very professional, and they gave me constant updates on the work status. They also did not try to up-sell me some other service that I did not need. I saved their number on my phone so I can contact them again in case I am in need of their service.

We first called Exner Plumbing because of Los Angeles Magazine and their ""Best in The City"" review. And they were every bit as good as the magazine said they were. Now after many years of flawless repairs and installations, I believe there is nothing that they can't do. I have referred friends to Exner, who have had their homes re-piped, and every single one has been happy. And Harold and Gustavo have fixed things other people did wrong at our home. Harold came out on rush and fixed a gas line that our builder had installed badly, that was leaking gas! into our kitchen. And our son was little then, down low, where the gas was building up. He repaired a gas line to the pool that was just a spaghetti mess of pipes before he took over. Gustavo has fixed every shower, tub, sink, faucet and handle inside this house, and out, and when he fixes them, they stay fixed for a long, long time. He has cleared roots from our clean out when the first people who came out said it was impossible. And now lovely Tanya has taken over for her amazing mom April, who along with being able to schedule big installations alongside emergency repairs, is also one of the kindest women I have ever known, truly. They are honest, fair, and do not try to up sell you in any way. And then when and if you want re-piping, or to remodel a bathroom or kitchen, they will install every element of the plumbing perfectly. I should have written a review long ago, because I depend more and more on Yelp, and should reciprocate more. I could not recommend Exner Plumbing more highly.

Once you use Exner, you know you've found your plumber!!! They're not there to sell you $$$ of work that's not necessary. They do their job efficiently, professionally,and honestly/!! They're amazing and full of integrity!! They're awesome!!

Called today at 9am because we had no hot water. I found them from a business directory on google search. The earliest appointment she gave was between 12 and 4pm. So had to stay home. At 3pm I called to follow up and there was no answer. I kept calling and finally she called back and apologized and said she was at her doctors appointment and her guy is in downtown and can not get to me before 4! Then said let me call my friend and have him come and see whats the problem after 6pm!! I cancelled!
Called another company and they are sending a technician right way!

Speedy response was a life saver. Construction workers at our house broke the main water line where it connects to the house, so we had no water. I called Exner on a Sunday night and Tanya actually answered. She understood the emergency and worked to get us help first thing on Monday. Gustavo came out early, figured out the problem quickly, and fixed it in a couple hours. Such nice people, clean work and a reasonable price. I'd use them again in a heartbeat!

After spending an entire weekend tinkering with toilets, I called Harold at Exner plumbing, whom I've used for years both for maintenance and emergencies, and he's always been prompt, efficient, clean and funny. It doesn't hurt to laugh a little during a plumbing event. Dealing with the owner of Exner Plumbing is also a big bonus. He and his staff care.
