Exeter plumbing came right out and i had a serious leaking coming through my wall outside.

He fixed everything in a timely fashion and was a very nice person. I will always call them for any plumbing problems they were just great!

I recently moved to Exeter so when I needed a plumber I decided to use a local company. What a bad idea. I have an insurance policy on my home to cover such repairs. I paid up front and submitted a claim to my insurance. They denied the claim because the invoice was not itemized. I called the owner and requested to speak to whomever does their billing. I was asked what I needed. I told him I need an itemized statement. He advised that he does not do that. WHAT? Who doesn't give an itemized statement. His guy did reseat my toilet just fine but on the down side he couldn't even find the outside main line. Next time I need a plumber I'll call RotoRooter.

Mike responded to a sewage main blockage call. He told me that the roots of the tree grew into the pipes and gave a price of $900 for the repair. He left for one week leaving his equipment onsite. After he returned he told me I would have to replace my whole sewage line for $6000 and then change his mind and charged me $1600 for the same work he quoted $900. He told me I don't have a choice. Holding me hostage.
