Very disappointing service... Called them to solve the issues last week. They told me they would consult they boss first about it and then will call me back. It has been more than 4 days now and I still hadn't received a call. Did left a message and no one got back to me. Decided to find someone else.

I called this company last week to ask for a plumber but the person on the line was very rude and impolite. Didn't even care to listen to my issues and put me on hold for most of the time. Even after the appointment was scheduled the plumber arrived two hours late. Don't use their plumbing services if you don't want to waste your money.

Very disappointed with their service and the staff. They are extremely overpriced and will charge you extra without prior information. The work took way too long to finish and still the issue was not resolved. When I called them again regarding the matter I was told that I will get charged for the plumber to come again to check the issue. They were not even professional enough to take responsibility for the job they were not able to complete properly.

These guys are very unprofessional in their service! First they arrived way too late for the job and took them 4 hours to complete the job. When I asked them to provide me a proper breakdown of what they charge me they were unable to do so. I would not recommend them to anyone else.

By far the most professional plumbing company! I had the pleasure of meeting a few of the staff members; all of which were very humble and polite. EPC identified a leaking pipe inside of my concrete wall. Needless to say, they were very honest and beat all of their competitors with the costly fix. Luckily they were the most affordable company and gave me a detailed invoice! the fix was quick and clean, not to mention there is no more leak. The entire process of the job was explained to me and i felt very assured which is a piece of mind in my book. 5 stars across the board and very pleased with this company! I recommend EPC for any plumbing needs!

I can't make this up! Called for an estimate and was told it would cost $90. Got the call that the plumber is on the way and will be there in 10 minutes. Plumber arrived and walked right past me (while waving him down) and into the barbershop to get a haircut! I called the office and explained how rude and unprofessional that was. Office told me how was he supposed to know who I am and then proceeded to tell me that I'm being too aggressive with them and maybe I should do business elsewhere. I had to chuckle at this point because I was dumbfounded. Completely dumbfounded. I was transferred to the office manager who insisted, at first, there was a call at the barbershop (regardless of the fact I was told in 10 minutes he would arrive). I was intrigued at this point, so I walked into the barbershop to see my plumber getting a nice warm shave. On top of that he and the barber were smirking at me. On company time......Once he was all dapper and ready to see our unit, well over an hour had passed. Again, I called and explained how the front desk treated me like trash and the plumber clearly needs to be fired. I was told, """"these are all really good people."""" Clearly this organization needs a solid kick in the ars! I would avoid Executive Plumbing like the plague.

I've used Executive Plumbing for a few different plumbing issues one time I had a running toilet, another my kitchen sink was backing up, and my disposal was clogged. Although not often, I always know they'll take great care of me and my home ! very happy with their staff and they always show up on time. Definitely give these guys a try!

Alex came to my condo after i called Executive plumbing. He told me the company will charge me $375 for a snake job but he could come back with some supplies he can get from the shop and do it without company knowledge. Very unprofessional to take supplies from the business he works for.

Truly grateful for Alexis and Executive Plumbling he came out to my condo today on behalf of the managment company. He could tell the leak was coming from above and the neighbor was refusing to let him do his job. He dealt with my crazy neighbor who refused to let him access his wall for leaks even though you could clearly see from my unit that the leak was coming from my ceiling... my neighbor threw a temper tantrum and even left in his car leaving the plumber and I downstairs trying to come up with the solution. Alexis did not leave he stayed and calmly waited for the neighbor to come back Alexis helped me find a board member and spoke to my management company on my behalf.the board member was able to explain the issue to the neighbor and allow us to gain access to his units. Alexis then came back downstairs and explained to me everything that was wrong.it ended up being main pipe for the building he is coming tomorrow to fix the issue. Not only was he professional but he also explained to me in detail what the issue was and how he was going to fix it... I am truly grateful for Alexis and his hard work and professionalism. Because of him the problem will be fixed and I will no longer have black mold in my walls and can get back to my happy life thank you Alexis and Executive Plumbling for getting this situation taken care of in a timely fashion.
