Alex came to my condo after i called Executive plumbing. He told me the company will charge me $375 for a snake job but he could come back with some supplies he can get from the shop and do it without company knowledge. Very unprofessional to take supplies from the business he works for.

I recently did some remodeling work to my new apartment and found many things wrong. I called Executive Plumbing Contractors and they came to the rescue. They took care of everything. They installed a new water heater, changed all the pipes under the sinks installed a new bathtub in my bathroom and replaced all the fixtures. Thank you Alecs for the beautiful work. Thanks to you and your incredible crew I am now enjoying my new apartment and I know I don't have to worry about anything. Very polite, super efficient and always on time. Thank you guys.

I called this company last week to ask for a plumber but the person on the line was very rude and impolite. Didn't even care to listen to my issues and put me on hold for most of the time. Even after the appointment was scheduled the plumber arrived two hours late. Don't use their plumbing services if you don't want to waste your money.

Christina the receptionist/office manager is extremely rude! I called to make an appointment for a job. She confirmed the date and time of the visit. On the date scheduled for the work to be completed , the plumber is nowhere to be found. I called to find out where was the plumber, Christina said that no appointment was in their agenda. I made a new appointment to get the job done, and the day before the appointment at 5:30 pm the Christina woman called to say that they were not going to do the job! That her boss did not know what needed to be done and they had to pass on the job because he did not remember he did an estimate. ( note that a plumber from this company came to my home in December to give an estimate). When asking Christina how they could not remember that they made an estimate she hang up the phone! Poor costumer service , awful staff. Don't even bother

Definitely one of the most professional companies. Thank you for excellent service. Alex's service, punctuality and over all price was more than fair and reasonable More than satisfied and happy with the service. Would highly recommend to anyone.

By far the most professional plumbing company! I had the pleasure of meeting a few of the staff members; all of which were very humble and polite. EPC identified a leaking pipe inside of my concrete wall. Needless to say, they were very honest and beat all of their competitors with the costly fix. Luckily they were the most affordable company and gave me a detailed invoice! the fix was quick and clean, not to mention there is no more leak. The entire process of the job was explained to me and i felt very assured which is a piece of mind in my book. 5 stars across the board and very pleased with this company! I recommend EPC for any plumbing needs!

I can't make this up! Called for an estimate and was told it would cost $90. Got the call that the plumber is on the way and will be there in 10 minutes. Plumber arrived and walked right past me (while waving him down) and into the barbershop to get a haircut! I called the office and explained how rude and unprofessional that was. Office told me how was he supposed to know who I am and then proceeded to tell me that I'm being too aggressive with them and maybe I should do business elsewhere. I had to chuckle at this point because I was dumbfounded. Completely dumbfounded. I was transferred to the office manager who insisted, at first, there was a call at the barbershop (regardless of the fact I was told in 10 minutes he would arrive). I was intrigued at this point, so I walked into the barbershop to see my plumber getting a nice warm shave. On top of that he and the barber were smirking at me. On company time......Once he was all dapper and ready to see our unit, well over an hour had passed. Again, I called and explained how the front desk treated me like trash and the plumber clearly needs to be fired. I was told, """"these are all really good people."""" Clearly this organization needs a solid kick in the ars! I would avoid Executive Plumbing like the plague.

Working with this company has been extremely difficult and a horrible experience. The tech that came to fix my issue arrived late and was still not able to fix the issue. Don't forget the fact that their service is overpriced. I would not suggest them to anyone.

Very disappointed with their service and the staff. They are extremely overpriced and will charge you extra without prior information. The work took way too long to finish and still the issue was not resolved. When I called them again regarding the matter I was told that I will get charged for the plumber to come again to check the issue. They were not even professional enough to take responsibility for the job they were not able to complete properly.
