I've used Executive Plumbing for a few different plumbing issues one time I had a running toilet, another my kitchen sink was backing up, and my disposal was clogged. Although not often, I always know they'll take great care of me and my home ! very happy with their staff and they always show up on time. Definitely give these guys a try!

By far the most professional plumbing company! I had the pleasure of meeting a few of the staff members; all of which were very humble and polite. EPC identified a leaking pipe inside of my concrete wall. Needless to say, they were very honest and beat all of their competitors with the costly fix. Luckily they were the most affordable company and gave me a detailed invoice! the fix was quick and clean, not to mention there is no more leak. The entire process of the job was explained to me and i felt very assured which is a piece of mind in my book. 5 stars across the board and very pleased with this company! I recommend EPC for any plumbing needs!

Called this company to come out snake line between tub and toilet. They told me they had to take off the toilet to do it. As soon as the plumbers arrived, before walking in the door, they said it's $375. Because of all the work involved, I said ok. They went into the bathroom and surveyed the issue. They said they could just go thru the shower and not have to pull the toilet off. They couldn't get the drain off, so they bent it up on one side! They snaked the line and found the problem. They proceeded to bend the drain cover back. At this time they still charged me the $375! Even though they didn't have to pull the toilet off! When my husband went in to take a shower, he cut his feet on the drain! They didn't secure the drain properly! When I called around to price the same kind of issue for snaking out the line, I was quoted $350 if the toilet needs to be removed or $150 to snake the shower!!! Don't use these plumbers! They will rip you off and not leave things safe!

Christina the receptionist/office manager is extremely rude! I called to make an appointment for a job. She confirmed the date and time of the visit. On the date scheduled for the work to be completed , the plumber is nowhere to be found. I called to find out where was the plumber, Christina said that no appointment was in their agenda. I made a new appointment to get the job done, and the day before the appointment at 5:30 pm the Christina woman called to say that they were not going to do the job! That her boss did not know what needed to be done and they had to pass on the job because he did not remember he did an estimate. ( note that a plumber from this company came to my home in December to give an estimate). When asking Christina how they could not remember that they made an estimate she hang up the phone! Poor costumer service , awful staff. Don't even bother

Very disappointed with their service and the staff. They are extremely overpriced and will charge you extra without prior information. The work took way too long to finish and still the issue was not resolved. When I called them again regarding the matter I was told that I will get charged for the plumber to come again to check the issue. They were not even professional enough to take responsibility for the job they were not able to complete properly.

Truly grateful for Alexis and Executive Plumbling he came out to my condo today on behalf of the managment company. He could tell the leak was coming from above and the neighbor was refusing to let him do his job. He dealt with my crazy neighbor who refused to let him access his wall for leaks even though you could clearly see from my unit that the leak was coming from my ceiling... my neighbor threw a temper tantrum and even left in his car leaving the plumber and I downstairs trying to come up with the solution. Alexis did not leave he stayed and calmly waited for the neighbor to come back Alexis helped me find a board member and spoke to my management company on my behalf.the board member was able to explain the issue to the neighbor and allow us to gain access to his units. Alexis then came back downstairs and explained to me everything that was wrong.it ended up being main pipe for the building he is coming tomorrow to fix the issue. Not only was he professional but he also explained to me in detail what the issue was and how he was going to fix it... I am truly grateful for Alexis and his hard work and professionalism. Because of him the problem will be fixed and I will no longer have black mold in my walls and can get back to my happy life thank you Alexis and Executive Plumbling for getting this situation taken care of in a timely fashion.

I called this company last week to ask for a plumber but the person on the line was very rude and impolite. Didn't even care to listen to my issues and put me on hold for most of the time. Even after the appointment was scheduled the plumber arrived two hours late. Don't use their plumbing services if you don't want to waste your money.

These guys are very unprofessional in their service! First they arrived way too late for the job and took them 4 hours to complete the job. When I asked them to provide me a proper breakdown of what they charge me they were unable to do so. I would not recommend them to anyone else.
