Called Armando mid day last Sunday when I noticed something wrong with my water heater. He told me that he could absolutely come out that day, and should be there in only about half an hour.

Realistically it only took him 20 minutes to arrive, and he got right to work trouble shooting the potential issues. After 10ish minutes he let me know what was wrong, what it would cost to fix, and when he could have it done..

I'm very happy to report that the repair went smoothly, it was completed in a timely manner and it actually came in a bit under what the original quote was.

Armando and Christian came out to flush/descale our (tankless) water heater today. Very happy with their service - we made our appointment earlier in the week for 8am-10am window. They called 15 minuets prior to arrival and unlike most windows they're here closer to 8am. Very honest as well, I already knew that we only needed to do this every 2 Years because of our water filtration system, however he let me know that without asking (other companies would just tell you to have them out annually regardless). Quality work and local business definitely recommend them!
