A native of Bedford, Texas, Damon Cunningham is the founder behind Executive Home Services LLC, bringing over 20 years of experience in the home service sector. Starting as a carpet technician in 2003, his entrepreneurial spirit led him to launch his own carpet cleaning venture by 2005. In 2011, he expanded his skills as a maintenance coordinator for a property management firm, gaining knowledge in repairs, remodeling, and customer relations. By 2017, Damon earned his real estate license, gaining proficiency in property management and investment.

In 2023, he realized his ambition of starting his own general contracting company, providing everything from small repairs to extensive remodeling. In 2026, Damon, driven by his motto: Service with a Spirit of Excellence, and aiming to empower individuals and uplift communities, will establish the EHS School of Business and Trades as well as franchising the Executive Home Service Brand.
