I've hired Exclusive multiple times for a couple of different properties (Highland Park and Edison) to clear clogged sewer pipes, drains, and service heating/cooling systems. He treated my mother honestly and fairly. He worked late into the evening to ensure that her new air conditioner was installed in time for an upcoming heat wave. And the price he charged her was very fair and far less than the prices charged by her prior company. Called them this morning as we did not have heat in our home. Jill was very helpful over the phone when I called and first tried to help trouble shoot and provide advice about getting the repair done through our warranty. Anthony, our technician, arrived within a few hours of my phone call and was very thorough in his explanation of the problem and of course, fixed it!! He also had very helpful nuggets of advice for do's/don'ts and best practices when it comes to the unit/piping/heating and cooling in general. Super knowledgeable and informative. So thankful we have heat again after going a weekend without it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Anthony came in for emergency service to snake the main sewer line from my house to the street. He did an excellent job and charged a pretty reasonable price, giving me his estimate before starting any work and making sure I was comfortable with it.

He did a great job and the drains have been working fine since his service. He also provided a few tips on what to do to limit the chances of the same issues coming up again, including recommending a periodic DIY solution I could order online which was fairly easy to use when it came.

These guys are good. Called then on a Sunday morning with an emergency toilet flush leak that ad overflowed. Jill promised to get back as soon as the plumber finished his current call. Sure enough she got back and the plumber Anthony was on his way.
He fixed the leak, found the original problem and fixed that too (Sink was clogged too).
All along they kept me in the loop with what was happening and took my consent on every step they took. Thanks Anthony again for fixing the problem

My water pipe frozen on a cold winter Saturday, called multiple companies but no one was willing to come out. But finally found Exclusive and they sent someone right away and called me back within an hour. They found the problem and fixed the pipe. Also gave me advices. I was very pleased with the service.

Excellent service! Called exclusive heating because i had no heat. I was happy to learn that it was not my furnace, but that the emergency switch was simply shutoff by accident. I have to say it is good to know there are still honest contractors out there, and will be recommending this company to my friends and family! One very satisfied customer!
