Muhammad of Exceptional Plumber, LLC. provided exceptional service. He arrived on-time, was extremely professional and is definitely an expert in his field.

He was straightforward and was NOT interested in overcharging or playing games. He came to get the job done and made sure we were well informed throughout the process. He took the additional time to research feasible solutions and provided reasonable options. He made sure we were happy with the overall outcome of the services.

Additionally, Norris was very professional, provided immediate follow-up and does an excellent job of sending invoices and correspondence in a timely manner.

I was fortunate to find Exceptional Plumber after the recent purchase of my home. Before we even moved in, the team was on the property making necessary repairs to update plumbing issues. I lived in a different state and they were incredibly professional to work with. I have continued to work with this business and I am ALWAYS pleased with the service, professionalism, skill and knowledge on any project. Last week they installed two new toilets, repaired ventilation under a sink, and repaired a broken irrigation pipe. Mr. Carlton was superb! We reached out to Exceptional Plumber when we felt we were being ripped off by a national brand company known world -wide and for the sake of not being sued in this sue happy country of ours, I will not mention their name, yet I wish I could. The company name being with a L and end with the Plumber. Exceptional Plumber came and did the job for far less than the plumber we called, wanted for to do the job. The other company wanted almost one thousand dollars and then wanted to sell us a new toilet. Way to do business. Not Exceptional Plumber. Mr. Carlton told us what the price would be up front and did an exceptional job to the point that when he was finish, we were surprised it did not take long and the toilet is running like new. We are about to bring them back to do another job in our other bathroom. Thank You Exceptional Plumber for placing consumer confidence back in the plumbing business.

After our roof started leaking, we called several plumbers, and none was willing to come by as quickly as Carlton. Once he came, he spent his time crawling around our attic figuring out what the problem was. While it turned out not to be a plumbing problem, Carlton helped us pinpoint where our roof was leaking and sent us photos to help us with our next steps. He also quickly figured out a leak problem with our kitchen sink. He did this all very professionally and for a very reasonable price. If we ever have more plumbing problems, we'll be sure to reach out to him.
