Had multiple clogs in our sewer line and was close to being scammed into an expensive excavation and replacement by another company when these guys--Eric and Devon--stepped in to save the day. In today's world where shady people seem to be the norm, these guys are truly the most honest, hardworking, and professional crew I have come across. They got our lines cleaned out and were transparent through the whole process. Even squeezed us in and took the time to answer all of our questions at a very affordable price! They saved us from a major catastrophe. And for that I am very grateful. Employee came out to clean out my drain. toilet totally clogged up. He ran line thru my outside drain . It blew out side of my brand new toilet I had just purchased last Saturday and put in. . Brand new toilet. Then, when he cleaned out drain , he left all excrement all over where it came out. Asked for hose , then said he had one, asked where my spicket was. He hooked his hose up to it but it was mounted to a roller on truck. Water must've been filling something else up because it sure wasn't used to clean the spot. Of course now with the rain , it will wash it into the ground. I am not pleased with the service though. He said I needed camera run in to give me warranty . we did it. I never got one piece of paperwork, Nothing showing I had the service done. Nothing about warranty. How long for? what it covers?? Someone was going to come back out and clean but I never seen them either. Sorry, I usually never complain about service but paying 425.00 and this is what happens.....

Eric Whitaker is the proprietor and expert drain plumber for this company. He was at my house three times in a week. I had a complicated problem that required multiple visits. He is a total pro!

Apparently the prior owners of my house used to flush cooking grease down the drain! (they lived here 15 years!) It accumulated in a dip in the underground piping. I want to be clear that this was a bit of a puzzle that Eric figured out, then used a 2000 PSI power sprayer to clear the underground blockage and blow it into the main line so I would not have the problem again.

This man is top notch! SUPER customer service oriented, patient, skilled and uber professional.
