Excelsior Plumbing was recommended by the distributor where I bought a new replacement water heater. I was very happy with the the results : - Installation Price - I checked several plumbers and Excelsior was competitively priced - On Time Arrival - Brian, the owner committed to arriving at a specific time to install my replacement water heater. On the day of installation he texted to say that he could arrive earlier than planned if I was ready. He did arrive a couple of hours earlier than originally planned - Worked Efficiently - when Brian and his assistant arrived, they wasted no time in removing the old water hear and completing the installation of the new unit. - Quality of Installation - the new water heater was installed correctly and looked """"clean"""". The unit worked well with no installation issues. - Instructions - Brian took a few minutes to review the controls on the new unit and answered a few questions about the unit and how it operates. - clean Up - they did a good job of cleaning up and loaded the old water heater and took it with them. - warranty - Excelsior provides 12 months warranty on parts and labor. I will use Excelsior for my future plumbing needs

I had a water leak in our home and contacted Brian for the service. He suggested we have to re-pipe the whole house to avoid of any problem later on. It costed a lot but we decided to do it because we didn't want any headache with these plumbing system. We trusted him and let him do the job. We did not anything about plumbing, so didn't check it carefully. He was very nice and the price was very reasonable. We also recommended few more clients to him. However, we found out one of the water line behind my refrigerator was not installed a few months later when we bought a new refrigerator which has ice maker and found out the issue. Also, the water is still leaked somewhere and the bill went up. We contacted him via phone and text MANY MANY TIMES but receiving ALL excuses and delay with BIG LIE day after days. It has been more than a months now and he still didn't show up to check it out. He promised but never delivered which is not good for a business and consider liar and cheat to me. I'm about to bring him to the court because I'm so stressful and depressed with ALL the promises. So, this company is only good at first BUT will be your nightmare when the issue happened. DON'T do business with this company if you don't want to become a victim like me.
