I had Excellent Plumbing out on June 25th to do a scope. I was told that I require extensive repair underground and was told I'd receive an estimate after asking for one. I allowed some time to pass because life happens. I've since had to call 3 times to ask for the estimate and/or a recording of the scope video and have received neither. I don't usually write poor reviews, but considering my house cannot continue with necessary remodeling until the plumbing is addressed, I've become quite frustrated. At this point I'd just like a copy of the scope, so I can take my business to someone more interested. ETA: it was July 25th. Apologies about the date, but still an issue

Need a plumber? Excellent Plumbing is the answer. Just had my 60 year + home in OSH re-piped, a Master Bath tub to shower conversion completed and a hot water heater re-located 100+ feet (inside detached garage to outside of residence). Proprietor Mitchell and his plumbing team used state-of the-art materials and many years of experience to knock the job out of the park. The plumbing team was thorough, respectful of the property and above all professional. I couldn't be happier with the finished product. The fairly priced job added functionality and value to the property.
