We had both sinks in kitchen backing up and leaking under cabinet. They came out within a few hours. Rodded. Replaced a crumbling part. Spent over an hour and everything is tight and working. Plumbers aren't cheap but I thought this was reasonable for scope of work, time spent, and prompt response. I would recommend them. He seemed no BS to me.

I don't usually write a review, but Gino did an excellent job. my water pipe burst the day before Christmas, and the Nico was able to come on Christmas to fix my pipe while another company I made an appointment before him cancelled on me and wanted me to wait 3 days to fix a pipe burst. Nico was very professional and came in and fixed my pipes in the evening. He came over and fixed my burst pipes just a few hours after I called. I highly recommend him and his services.

I cannot recommend Gino and Excellent Plumbing strongly enough! He is incredibly responsive and does high quality work at a fair price. He has fixed leaks on our toilet and our sink and comes back as needed if there is any follow-up work required. I will certainly use him again in the future!

I was looking for a new water heater installation as our heater was 12-13 years. I found Excellent Plumbing on Yelp and decided they were the right company for a few reasons. They use Bradford White water heaters and they do an excellent job. Gino was my technician and I couldn't ask for a nicer guy. He was prompt and had my old tank out and a new one in about an hour. I highly recommend Excellent Plumbers for anything you might need. Thanks again Gino!

Their information is misleading. I asked for an estimate and interest in looking at my water heater's pilot light. He replied asking if I wanted to replace the water heater or fix it. When I told him I wanted it fixed, he responded by saying ""Don't have any parts we don't repair it"". So while he's prompt in responding the Repair part of the ad not exactly accurate.

My toilet started leaking and I had my daughter turn it off. I went through Yelp to get a quick response from multiple plumbers. The owner was really nice and came over within 1-2 hours. He did a good job, I recommend him highly.

I called Gino to replace my 13 year old water heater and a failing leaking saddle valve that was installed improperly a few years ago by a competitor. The pipe needed to be replaced due to the location of saddle valve which was next to a sweat joint. He came within a few hours of calling and did everything same day. He also discovered upon shutting off the main that it began to leak and swiftly stopped it. He patiently waited while I dragged my feet about whether or not to replace the main along with the other work, which I ultimately decided was the best idea.

All in all, he did a great job with everything for a reasonable price and was also very personable and easy going. I highly recommend Gino and Excellent plumbing for any plumbing work you may need.

Always good to have a plumber you can trust that won't overcharge you or try to replace things that don't need replacing.
