I was looking to replace my 13 year old water heater and called Excellent Plumbing to get a quote. I provided all the information to Mike and he gave me a quote over the phone. I really appreciated this because most of times contractors need to conduct a home visit. Mike was professional and answered all my questions before I agreed to the job. Afterwards, I sent pictures of the old heater and its location.. Mike was right on time and got to work. It took about 4 hours. I am very pleased with my new water heater. I will be calling Excellent Plumbing for my any future plumbing jobs. I definitely recommend Excellent Plumbing for their professionalism, friendly customer service and superb work.

I cannot evaluate Mike's work, because he failed to show up for the appointment, or call to say he'd be late or needed to reschedule. So I missed a half day of work for nothing.

The company name is very misleading. it should be called ""Expensive Plumbing."" They came to my rental property to unclog a couple of drains in the house. Charged me $396 for about an hour's work. If you've ever used a plumber before, you know this is an excessive charge and I thought I was being taken advantage of. I was out of town and these were new tenants and I had to have the work done immediately. If it wasn't such an emergency, I would have thrown them out before they did the job. I called the owner to see if he would reconsider his charge and he declined, so that is why I am submitting this negative review. The owner obviously does not care about building a loyal client base and merely wants to get as much out of each job as he can. I would not call them again.

The care that was given to us for repairs and replacements in my home was excellent.
When they were finished given a estimate for the cost before the work was performed and the amount remained the same when they finished. What a relief I would recommend their services.

My experience with ""Excellent"" plumbing was not a good one. Mike Dhima spent 3 1/2 hours here, dug one 4 foot hole, patched a small leak in a 4 inch pipe and charged me $1000. In addition, I was entitled to a 10% first customer discount and a 5% senior discount, both of which were denied. To be fair, Mike's work was ok, but charging more than $250 an hour, in my opinion was way out of line. I would certainly not use him again and would absolutely not recommend him to anyone.
