I found Excellent Plumbing online after looking at several plumbers. The reviews were great. I called, explained my problem and an appointment was set up for the same day. Yuri arrived within the hour, took a look to see exactly what needed to be fixed. He knew immediately and in less than an hour everything was done...PERFECTLY!! After making several calls to my regular plumbing company for three days, getting no response, I needed help. I made an excellent choice in calling Excellent Plumbing. Asked Yuri about another job I would like to have done. I am so happy that could be fixed as well. It's hard to find anyone anymore that does so many things.

Hired Gino to install a new garbage disposal I had purchased from a retailer. I initially quoted me a fair price including the disposal, but then knocked off $200 once I told him I already had the item.

Scheduling was easy, and both he and his associate arrived within the planned window. They were both polite and respectful, and the work was completed within an hour. I will definitely be calling Gino again for my plumbing needs.

After seeing all the positive reviews both here and elsewhere, I was shocked at the level of service I received. Instead of explaining the repairs and asking questions to clarify, Gino spent nearly the entire time pushing more expensive services on me, and when I politely refused them, he became more and more rude, condescending, and outright insulting.

One of the services I ordered was a water heater flush. He and his partner didn't even shut down the water heater before checking the date it was installed, draining some water from it directly into the sump pit, and calling it done. He then began to berate me for having an older water heater, which was not even my decision since I had just recently moved in, and told me that there was no point in flushing it since it was old. Why didn't he tell me that before doing the work instead of after? He claimed that he treats customers like family, but I feel like money is the only thing important to this company. Buyer beware!

These guys are the real deal! They have been my go-to plumbers for some months now. The first time they came out, they helped me diagnose a problem that ended up being unrelated to plumbing and didn't even charge me for their visit and time. Since, I have used them multiple times to fix toilets and a backed up sewer line. They are super nice guys, very respectful, straight forward, HONEST, and FAIR. They are also ""scrappy"" in the sense that they will get creative in how to get things done more affordably, crawl into small spaces and get dirty, etc. These guys are my plumbers.
