Do not hesitate to contact Gino and Excellent Plumbing! Our original call was for a kitchen sink leak. We scheduled for next-day service (which is amazing in itself) and he called same day because he was in the area. Leak fixed in about 20 minutes. I asked on a whim about replacing 3 toilets in our house...2 days later the entire job is DONE! Gino consulted us and purchased the toilets, replaced, and hauled the old ones away...impeccable, courteous, clean, and incredibly fast service. (Also followed absolute Covid safety protocol at all times.) I cannot recommend this company enough!

As usual, plumbing problems - in this case a blocked sewer line - ALWAYS happen on the weekend. I frantically searched YELP and found Excellent Plumbing listed as reliable and well rated. I called, and Gino Babovich answered my call. He was professional and gave me an estimate and an arrival time of 1 - 1.5 hours.
He arrived within the time-frame and got to work immediately. No muss, no fuss.
He had the line cleared and had us back to normal quickly. During the process, he was extremely friendly and made sure that I understood exactly what he was doing.
By the time he left, you would never have known he was there.

Had an ""excellent plumbing"" experience when Gino came to fix our broken water heater this week. We called in the morning and said he was on an all day job, but still made time for us. He came at about 5:30pm and stayed until nearly 8-it must have been a horribly long day for him. He not only replaced the water, but also identified and 2 frozen valves in the water line. He was kind, curious and always wore a mask.

Gino to the rescue! I discovered my hot water heater was leaking late in the afternoon and worried I would have a hard time getting someone to take the call. Gino called back and said he would come that evening after finishing another job and bring a new tank to install. It was a late night, but he cheerfully finished the job. Before leaving, he reviewed everything with me and he also made arrangements for additional follow up work to be scheduled at my convenience. The following day, he checked in with me to make sure that everything was working which I appreciated.
Gino was respectful of safety precautions wearing a mask and foot coverings the entire visit.
I appreciated the prompt response and professional service provided. I would definitely call Excellent Plumbing again.

I had them out today to resolve a slow draining toilet. 2 guys came to the door - neither one was wearing a mask. Ugh. I asked them if they had masks. They went back to their truck and found a couple. I don't understand why it's not standard procedure. My wife and kids are home. These guys are coming from one job site to another. I just want to be safe.

The work itself was fine. They resolved the issue very quickly. I just feel like service providers who are going from home to home to home should be more careful. Just my 2c.

I requested a price from Gino on installing a water heater. He asked for pictures of the room where the water heater would be installed - which i provided. He quoted me a price. I accepted that price and just wanted to confirm with him that the price he quoted me would be reduced by the coupon he has advertised on his website. He refused to honor his own coupon !! Giant red flag.
When i asked him why he would not honor his own coupon, he made up a bunch of irrelevant excuses, clearly trying to rationalize his unwillingness to act above board. On top of that, he then did a 180 and tried to suggest his original quote was not ""firm"" - which was totally untrue since he made no mention of this when he quoted me his price for the job.
My advice to anyone who is considering doing business with this guy is - think twice, he is ethically compromised and not honest.

Gino answered right away and was at my house within 2 hours. Reliable, professional and super nice. Don't even think twice. Give them a a ring for any of your plumbing, HVAC, duck cleaning etc needs.
