Big thank you to Gino for helping us when sewage water backed up into our house! The situation quickly became urgent and we called Excellent Plumbing for help. Gino came out that evening and stayed until past 10:30 to get things under control until he could return the next day to further investigate the location of the blockage. We ended up needing a clean-out installed in our yard and Gino had this completed and navigated our very complicated plumbing to find and resolve the blockage. He worked quickly to have this all done in less than 2 days from when we first called. We very much appreciate Gino's hard work, dedication, and attention to detail!
