**Scammer Alert**

Anyone reading the review should definitely take serious caution and probably go elsewhere unless you want to be fleeced/scammed.

We have hired Jacob for a shower leak (dripping slowly). He provided a quote, looking at the drip, which later turned to more than thrice the original estimate.

As he already visited, aware of the issue and have the root cause and solution, agreed to pay the amount if the issue is fixed. He and his team did couple of trail and errors with cartridge and adapter, though he stated that he knows what the root cause is and spoke confident of fix and assured a year warranty.

Within 4 days it started leaking again and now the leak is significant. Been trying to reach him for an appointment. Though he confirmed thrice on appointment dates and window, it was a no show all the three times.

He doesn't respond to calls or texts. Never came across such poor workmanship and scammer.

If you don't want to be taken advantage of by extremely rude folks, I strongly recommend going elsewhere!

I learn 2 lessons from Jacob:
1. Never paid full by til everything finished. I had couple fixes done by Jacob include vanity replacement. I paid him more than 3000 with no bargain. He first did other jobs well and promised to haul away old vanities. Then he left the old vanities on my porch. Week1 - I text him, he said he will do when he is free. Week 2 - he said his truck was broken. Week 3 - I told him I had an exterior painting and vanities are blocking their way and ask him to come, he promised to come before painting started. Week 4 - painting started and vanities are still there! I ask him to haul away and he asked another 300, I refused. after that, he never replied any requests from me.

2. Always compare price. If he said he is best price, don't trust. I quote to fix a very small rotted wood replacement with vault. Jacob asked for 600. Jacob keeps saying he promised this is best price. I have another carpenter fixed it - 60 dollars! Material and labor together. A carpenter fixed such a simple plumber work!

Overall, I think apart from tech skill, there are other characters that decides business success - such as trustworthy and honesty.

I thank Jacob for first few jobs he did, but his follow up behavior surprises me. I will give 0 star.

Truly fits the name. Excellent communication and work. Jacob responded immediately and installed a Neorest LS bidet on the same day I called. I will use Jacob and his company for all my future plumbing needs.

Juan (Jacob's biz partner) came by the same day I accepted their quote to install my new toilet and remove/dispose of the old one. The job was swift, only about an hour. Jacob was able to determine there wasn't an issue with a clog by reviewing the video clips I sent him. My old toilet would not always clear the bowl with every flush. Very pleased with the excellent work and personalized service.

spoke with jacob last night and told him of the leaking valve on our sink. was hesitant to persue it myself just in case the leak was behind the wall. he sent salvador out the next day and he replaced the leaky valves and installed the sink. apparently the valve had been leaking for quite some time as salvador found it dripping down the sheetrock in the garage. lots of black mold.!! was unbeknownst to us as we had stuff up against the wall and never noticed it. very professional. would highly recommend excellent plumbers

I requested help on a Sunday, and Jacob called me back within 2 hours. He arrived within an hour after the call to check it out. He gave me clear options for both repairing and replacing the toilet. Since mine was fairly new and still in good shape, I chose to go with the repair.

He finished the job in under an hour. Jacob was friendly, helpful, and cleaned up everything before leaving. He also gave me helpful recommendations for future maintenance--some I could do myself, or have him take care of later. The rate was lower than others I checked, and the work was great.

Jacob is a stand-up guy and a terrific plumber. Knowledgeable, thorough and timely. Most shops out there just want to get in and out fast with a quick fix and your cash.

I had a tricky problem with pinhole leaks in my copper piping 11 months after another plumber was working on this area. Jacob trouble-shooted various causes and walked me through them. He identified an expansion tank issue, a 90 that needed a new install and offered other ways to prevent ongoing problems with pinhole leaks (e.g. teaching me how to descale the tankless myself, etc). I highly recommend Jacob and know he has my back for future needs.

After I submitted the request for a toilet fix, Jacob called almost immediately and gave me a price that includes all the necessary parts. He came the next day and quickly replaced the toilet wax and fix the leak. His work is very clean and professional. I will definitely call him again if I have plumbing issue.
