Super responsive! I needed a pocket door fixed for the house and it has been impossible to move in recent weeks, Tomas came out early and got it fixed for me. When my husband came home he commented that the door has worked better than it ever did since the construction of the house.

Pricing is quite reasonable. But the most important thing is that he is very reliable! I will be contacting Tomas again for another project that I have soon. Highly recommend!

Tomas replaced and painted two outdoor water heater closet doors at my house. He had great communication the entire time, both by phone and text. Him and his nephew stayed long hours to ensure the job was done correctly. They do great work. They also cleaned up after themselves. His pricing is clear and affordable. Tomas responded quickly and gave me a quote right away. He understood the scope of the project (replacing some wood and reinforcing part of a raised wooden foundation.) He and his nephew started on time with good communication during the job (mostly by text since I was inside working), and worked a long day to get it all done. Didn't leave a mess either! I called Tomas and he was quick to reply, came around next day to quote, texted quote within 30 mins, and was able to fit our shower rerouting job in 2 days later!! This was fantastic as I had so many handyman flake on me. Tomas was a man of his word and an excellent communicator. He quoted for the job, not by hour and was competitively priced.
Tomas turned up on the day and got to work straight away, taking care to be tidy. He let me know when he was breaking for lunch and asked permission to work later than he told me so he could finish the job same day. His work was excellent and our grubby yellowing grout was sparkling white when he finished. It made our shower look brand new!
I would definitely recommend Tomas 100%, he is polite, professional and has an excellent work ethic. He will be our go to handyman from now on.

1 star is being generous after being taken advantage of. There was some good reviews..so i gave it a try.
But, be very careful with Tomas. He will take advantage of you if you let him.
Make sure each job us quoted precisely. Do not accept a daily rate. Tomas works very slow and is more concerned with brakes then the work itself.
Also, he took material i purchased and still have not been returned after 1 week. I do admit i was very frustrated Tomas taking advantage of me...so thats probably why he didnt return the item i purcahsed after i expressed my disappointment.
