We met Gus when we first moved to the area as he was highly recommended by our realtor. We have used him for every plumbing issue we have every had, and he has done wonderful. He is very patient and kind, he takes his time and ensures that you understand what is the problem and how is going to fix it. He has always taken his time and even gone over and beyond many times to make sure he has fixed the problem! I recommend him to everyone I know!

this company is horrible!!!! gus seemed very friendly and helpful at first, until he got paid in advance. after that he was very sloppy and rude. he was hired to fix a pipe in our front yard which required extensive digging. he did fix the pipe, but he left a mess!!! he never put tarp down on the grass and so the grass got completely ruined, he back filled the whole several days later than he said he would so it rained leaving a complete muddy disaster to deal with. when he did finally back fill it, it was done haphazardly and wasn't even packed down. and the tree he removed to dig was just thrown into the front of our yard. when we called to complain about his shoddy work, he said that he had slaved away all day since 8:30am. but he didn't know that i was home that day until 10:30am and i knew he hadn't been there. once he realized he'd been caught in a lie, he back-tracked saying well my guys said they were here. then i asked that the tree be put back and he said,
""i'm not a landscaper."" after pleading with him to come back to fix up the front yard, he said ""if you don't like it, then oh well."" his rudeness and unprofessionalism make this a company everyone should avoid. bottom line -- do. not. trust. anything. he. says.
