I hired a home warranty company For some fixture issues to be tightened, This is the company they sent. When they came in my house, they took pictures and told me they were here just to assess the situation and they would get back to me.. I told them I have never heard of anything so crazy in my life. Then they left and it took me over an hour and a half to get in touch with the home warranty company With no luck getting anybody on the other end. They finally called me back an hour and 45 minutes later and told me that the plumbing company said something else was wrong. And they needed to fix that for an additional fee before. They fixed my items that I was covered with my warranty. I told them no, it wasn't going to happen that I was not falling for this scam.. I knew they were lying to me both companies were a scam old republic home warranty and excellence plumbing. I canceled my plan and fired them. I had my own plumber come out today. Everything they told me was a lie and my plumber just tightened my fixtures, nothing was broken.. This company should not be in business and should be reported to every venue.

Service rep was huge, slipped, & fell down on toilet. Made a loud bang noise l. We thought he just broke the toilet seat, but now water is running from under the toilet. I called them, they said they'd get back to me.

If you are looking for a quality honest company this is not it. They will try and make you pay for things you don't need. They tried to add an additional $750 of extra BS charges. Would not recommend they will do nothing but scam you

They were referred to us but our Home Warranty to fix the leaking water heater, they came and checked the heater and did not do anything eventually to remove the leaking water heater eventually soaking the drywall and REFUSED to install new water heater and ""RECOMMEND "" someone to fix the drywall, WHAT A SCAM!!! We call our home warranty and put them ""DO NOT RETURN"" , Beware!!

The worst plumbing company in Las Vegas!!!! Carlos was so lazy and when I called requesting different technician I was told they only have 2 technicians one servicing West side of town and the other one is Carlos who services Henderson area!!! I would not recommend them to anyone if I could give them 0 stars I would!!!!

Terrible company came to fix a problem in our property. The sink was clogged. They didn't want to fix it unless we have some extra hose that they can get into it from it. Seems to me that they just don't want to walk hard when it comes from the Home Warranty because they came twice and they said he cannot do the job unless we install new line so they can get their snake. Wasted so much time I ended up getting a plumber That I found by myself and fixed the problem in less than one hour and only charged $300. Unprofessional and a waste of time.

If I could I would rate them a zero. Ive been waiting for over a week for my water heater to be replaced. I got a call saying that they could replace it using my insurance and paying and ADDITIONAL $1,400!! They stated that my insurance would not cover any modifications so I called my insurance and gave me the list of modifications that this company supplied them. After reviewing it ai noticed multiple modifications listed were ones that the technician specifically stated that he did not have to. So I called and spoke to the ""manager"" Ashley who proceeded to raise her voice for no reason when all I asked was why these were listed when her technician specifically told me these things didnt have to be replaced and I received nothing but an ""ill call you back"" PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND DO NOT BOOK THEM
