My plumbing issue is not even fixed yet but I'm already posting a positive review for a number of reasons:

1. They provided same day service.

2. They texted me the appointment details along with a photo of the technician who would be arriving.

3. The technician arrived a little early, but the company sent me a text that he was en route so I wasn't surprised by his arrival, and he arrived looking clean and professional, which is not always the case with folks who work hard, messy jobs.

4. He sat outside on a bucket in a downpour of rain for nearly 2 hours without comment or complaint trying to fix the issue.

5. When the issue proved to require a bigger fix, they fit me in the following morning.

6. When his earlier appointments looked to take longer than expected, they called me -- prior to my scheduled appointment time -- to inform me of the delay.

As a result of all of this, I feel comfortable reporting a positive experience with this company even before completion of the job, which I hope will give others the confidence to make them their first call.

We have been through a nightmare of a year with a new build of our home. Our builder turned out to be a crook who stole money, didn't pay subs and hired some flaky subs who completed shoddy work. Needless to say on the long list of things to address we needed the right valve installed in our primary shower that gave the ability to have the rain shower and main shower head on at the same time. I reached out to Excel due to great Yelp reviews and from beginning to end they were nothing but professional and top notch. Both Tammy and Brady had great communication and gave us two possible options starting with the most economical to see if it would work. It did! Brady installed the new valve quickly and professionally. Couldn't be more impressed. Found our go to plumber for as long as we live in Kittitas County!

I am so impressed with this company. We had a new washer delivered, and a leak was discovered. The delivery personnel told us not to use the washer until a plumber could come and take a look at the issue. I left a message on several plumber's voicemails, Excel was the only company to actually answer the phone. They had a plumber that could come out today!!!! Tyler the plumber, was professional, patient, honest, and skillful. We had an issue trying to shut the water off, so Tyler had to come back the next day. I was getting extremely nervous about the cost of the repair. I asked Tyler for an estimate, and he quoted me $200, but it was only $195. The timeline for the next day was tight. I got the water shut off at 7:15 am, and left a voicemail on their phone (They don't open until 8). Tyler showed up at 7:45. They are now our plumbers! We would highly recommend this company to everyone.

Had them out to fix a leak above water heater. Also thought I needed a new water heater and was ready to have them do that, but he said no on the water heater. I appreciate the integrity, as if he didn't have that, he could have sold me something I didn't need. Will have them out again!
