I called Excel on a Saturday as I was moving out of my home and couldn't get the hot side to the washer to turn off. The shut off valve was frozen. I was panicked because I couldn't imagine being without water for days. I called and got Mike, and he sent over one his technicians (Danny). Dion and his coworker were wonderful. Arrived with in an hour of me calling for service. They were courteous, respectful of the house and cleaned up after they completed their work. It was a hard to find clog but they stayed on the job until they found the clog. The cost of the
