We were referred to Excel Plumbing by a neighbor who has used them for both residential and business needs.

We needed to have a garbage disposal installed as well as a couple of other minor items; Cindy, the customer service person was extremely friendly and helpful to set up the appointment and Kevin, the plumber, was very knowledgeable and professional.

Kevin was very detailed oriented and ensured the job was done well and did a great job with cleaning up after he was done.

Excel was reasonably priced and the plumbers don't work on commission, so there's no pressure to purchase additional and/or unnecessary services.

We plan on using Excel for any plumbing needs that may arise in the future.

We have been using Excel Plumbing for many years. They have replaced toilets, fixed our main water line, replaced faucets, and moved a gas connection for an oven. For the last couple of projects, Kevin has been our plumber. Not only is he knowledgeable and professional, but he is a super nice guy. Their pricing is always reasonable and fair as well.

Please do not hesitate to call Excel Plumbing for any plumbing issue you may have. Excel was referred to us by a neighbor when our water heater went out. Cindy who answered the phone was courteous, respectful, knowledgeable and very professional. After getting a ballpark quote from many other companies and Excel, I made an appointment with Excel. Cindy put us on a cancelation list as they were booked up for about 10 days out. Thank goodness we were able to be serviced in two days. Cindy had me send her photos of our existing water heater, flex hoses etc., to insure the service tech brought what was needed for our job. Kevin our service technician called a half hour prior to getting to our home to let us know he was on the way. Again, a very knowledgeable professional who was a joy to deal with. Being a home owner for the past 27 years, we have had the need to hire plumbers from time to time. It has been hit or miss with the last two landing on the miss list. Excel was a hit! This is the second time I've used Excel plumbing for home repair and it's the second time they've done an exceptional job with everything I've asked.

Kevin not only handled the job like a professional but took the time to answer all of my dumb plumbing related questions. I would encourage anyone that has even a minor issue to call them because the job will be done exactly as you wanted knowing they treat every client's issue like they're doing the work in their own home

I'm a DIY guy, and there's pretty much nothing I don't repair around the house on my own, but plumbing is the exception. Installing a new garbage disposal or replacing a faucet is one thing,, but when I needed to replace the angle stops for the toilets in my home, I decided it was time to call a professional. I spoke with Excel plumbing over the phone, and they approximated about 30 minutes per toilet, and about $25 for parts for each. They said they charge an hourly fee of $100 per hour as opposed to a set fee for the job. Nice! I actually preferred the hourly fee because then I knew the repair man would take his time and do it right as opposed to getting it done as quickly as possible and doing a crappy job. They told me he would show up between 7 and 7:30am and would call me first to let me know he was on his way. The day of the repair I received a phone call at 6:45am letting me know he was en route and would be there shortly. He arrived at 7:15am, briefly discussed with me what he would be doing and got started. It only took him an hour to do all 3 toilets, which included installing a new tank fill valve I had picked up the day before. The final charges were $100 labor, and $95.70 in parts. The parts were slightly more since I wanted stainless steel braided supply hoses installed as well as the angle stops. I couldn't be happier.

My boyfriend and I recently bought a new home in North Las Vegas. We had a couple of plumbing issues at first. We contacted Excel Plumbing for both issues. They did a fantastic job. We needed a shower cartridge changed. We had someone from Roto Rooter come out to give us an estimate. They were going to charge us over $400 to change a shower cartridge, which is a fairly simple repair! James from Excel plumbing fixed the problem for much less. Excel charges by the hour, and both of the repairmen they've sent to our house were professional and knowledgeable. We'll definitely use Excel Plumbing again for any future plumbing issues.
