Well, I believe this is my second review of Excel. Had an exterior sewer pipe collapse on Christmas Eve with 25 people at my home. Excel was able to fix the problem temporarily that evening. A few days later Uri came out, explained the problem (after viewing it with a camera...cheap, faulty plastic connection used - had work done 10 plus years ago by another plumber - which connected my PVC pipe to the original clay pipe close to the street), and gave me a quote. I had already talked to a few of my friends and knew the quote was reasonable. Having used Excel several times in the past (both at my home and my dad's home), I knew they would do a good job. His team came out the next day (permits and utility markings done early that morning), and Alexander and his pleasant team replaced the collapsed sewer line....very relieved!! I would not hesitate to use them. Thank you!

Excellent experience. I submitted a request for an estimate and received a call making an appointment for the same day. Excel called back asking if the tech could come over earlier which was just fine. A photo of the tech was sent to be prior to his arrival. Once on site I got the quote for a replacement toilet and the work was completed within a couple hours at a very reasonable price. The tech, Luke, was very polite, clean and neat. I highly recommend Excel for their customer service, concern for the safety of the consumer and their tech, and for their attention to detail. Great job!

Please do your research before you hire a plumbing company we had the worse experience with these guys. They came to fix a disposal we are left with a broken dishwasher and a system that doesn't work. Right after the technician left I ran the dishwasher and it leaked all over my wood floors. We had to empty it manually if we were out of the home it would of ruined our hardwood floors .. I called them the technician came back the next day he said sorry i didn't have the pipe to the dishwasher right. He left and the dishwasher isn't working. They insisted to send a senior technician that also had no idea what to do with the dishwasher was short with us and rude. Now we still have a broken dishwasher when it was working just fine due to their poor disposal installation. They never called us back or followed through. They don't stand by their service like they advertise. I am sure they have done jobs right but you know a company at times when the job doesn't go right and how they handle the situation. We brought in abt to look at the dishwasher they said it's a plumbing problem. Now it's been 2 weeks still no dishwasher, $600 short and it's the holidays. It's so sad when companies work with no heart :( don't use these guys

I had two experiences and they were both great. I got an estimate for a spiget which I approved. The plumber found a lot of things obstructing the direct path outside for the pipes. It took him a while longer than expected but he got the job done and he didn't increase his estimate even though it turned out to be much more challenging. Very happy with the work and effort put into completing the job.

I needed to take care of the client's house. There was a water leak. I called Excel and talked to Tanya. Even though it was a busy time, she was able to send me a plumber within 45 minutes of my call. The job was done, client happy and the rep was very friendly and understanding. I will for sure use this company again next time.

We were new in town, and did not have a plumber. Excel responded quickly at night to our emergency: a failed sump pump with water about to come into a finished basement. They arrived with a replacement in time to avoid damage. Came back the next morning to snake out the lines that had been the source of the water. They were life savers, and we are now customers for life.

We called Excel as recommended by Google, as we had our water heater not turning on. we appreciate that Excel plumbing gave us immediate appointment but there was no ""service"" in the service call. The technician arrived during the scheduled window.
From the beginning he was talking about how the heater was ""old"" and these things don't last long. He said that there is a way to ""ignite"" but if he did it and it worked it would be ""$195"", it was the same instructions that are written on the side of the heater.

My husband said he already tried that and the technician did not even bother to ask if he followed all the steps or try to help in any way, he proceeded to say that the only option was to replace it and it would be $1000. The technician never touched or looked at the heater closely. It was all just talk.

we paid the ""service"" charge of $29 and said we will let him know our decision.

It felt like a sales pitch rather than a ""service call""

Quick response company. This company has helped me so many times already! Two times I had a few emergencies. They were able to be at my house & resolve my emergence issues. They also referred me to a good remediation company.
