Another great experience with Excel plumbing. Previously they've installed a sump pump and back-up, drained our water heater, and other small projects. Today our plumber was Ed C., and he was a star! we needed camera scoping of our sewer line to diagnose a repeating backup issue. He was very helpful, honest, knowledgeable, and kind. Highly recommend!

I was able to text several pictures of my water heater and they sent me a quote in about 15 minutes, no need to schedule an appointment for a site visit. Price was great, the brand was/model was reputable as well. They had a tech out that afternoon to install, he was professional, courteous, cleaned up after himself and gave me a quick walkthrough to make sure I understood the settings. Thank you Excel.

Yuri the technician came within 2 days as planned and got to work immediately. He answered all my questions and left the areas clean so I only did minor clean up after per my satisfaction.
