Luis came and saved the day! I submitted an inquiry to multiple plumbers through yelp and Luis was one of the first ones to respond. Some of the other plumbers couldn't make it out until the next day or required a fee to come and evaluate the issue but Luis said, I'll be there in 15 minutes. And he was. He was nice, funny, and walked us through the whole process. I would definitely hire him again.

We called Luis when our new home's toilet was leaking from the bottom. Within 15 minutes he was at our doorstep investigating the problem. Luis and his partner were extremely friendly and knowledgable. They quickly found the cause of the problem (pipe clog) and worked hard to resolve it. It definitely was a tough job, but they were in and out in a couple hours. How did 3 pine cones ended up in our lines? No clue.. We are SO thankful for Excalibur. They fixed the problem fast and we'd hire them again.

We had them come to re-pipe our 67 year old home. They did an outstanding job. They also replaced the faucets in my kitchen and in our main bathroom. Had a small glitch but when I contacted Luis he was very responsive and was able to correct the issue. We are very pleased with the work. Luis is easy to communicate with. I woke up this morning to a leaking water heater. I contacted Luis. He almost immediately responded and asked me to text a couple of pictures of the water heater to him. After seeing them, he texted me an estimate. Other companies said they needed to come out to give me an estimate. By 2:45 Luis and his crew were putting in the new unit. Works great. They cleaned things up, even picking a leaf off my driveway as they left. I recommend them!
