We had a clogged sewer drain and contacted Excalibur based on the Yelp reviews that recommended them. Those reviews are completely accurate. Luis arrived within two hours of our call and resolved the problem in no time. He and his crew were as efficient as they were professional. Gotta say, given our situation, they were our heroes! Nobody ever expects problems like these and it's nice to know that when they happen, there's someone out there one can count on.

I luckily discovered the brown water coming up out of my sewer clean out shortly after it totally clogged and Excalibur was able to service a few hours later. Very prompt, clean, did a great job, and very reasonably priced. Although they're in Hayward, they come out to Concord, Pleasant Hill, and Walnut Creek. Saved the day.

Across 12 years and multiple homes I've owned - Louis has consistently provided prompt stellar services and fair prices. He's provided me with guidance to see if the city could alleviate issues, worked w/numerous building inspectors within the city, and other neighboring owners on our private road.
Jobs he's done include but are not limited to: install toilets, outdoor clean outs, replace sewer lines from two homes to main sewer, hydro jet services, camera inspection of lines, etc.
Louis returns calls quickly ( even on weekends) and handles all issues with poise and ease, including my worries over costs.

Luis is solid. I'm surprised he doesn't have reviews here but I'm glad to leave him 5 stars. Luis helped me out 3 different times already (separate issues) and is straight forward about possible problems and possible solutions. He's pretty much my go to guy for plumbing.

In case you're wondering I had a kitchen sink (garbage disposal) problem, another time I had a washer drainage pipe issue and the other was a different kitchen sink but this was a drain problem he hydro rooted for me.

Luis has performed several services for our home over the past few years. He has installed a new trench-free sewer line with 2 new clean-outs, replaced a water heater, and rootered-out our clogged drains. This past week he came out to do a drain cleanout and replace the seal on one of our toilets. As usual, he was professional and gave great service at a fair price. They were perfect on time to complete sewer installments on two different properties the city inspectors had no problem signing the inspections they worked on several people in my neighborhood's property and everyone is happy I haven't had one person thats dissatisfied they're prompt their price is more than reasonable and their swift in their work.
That experience was more than I could expect totally satisfied.
