Luis was wonderful to work with -- I would give over five stars if possible, as great plumbers are hard to find.

We wanted a hydro jet cleaning of older sub-slab plumbing. Luis was able to come on site within a few days (as this wasn't an emergency). Not only was he exceptionally clear and communicative, he was also professional and thoughtful. He did the work at a very reasonable cost. Our home was undergoing a remodel, and Luis suggested moving our water lines out from under the slab. It was a great idea and he was able to work with my contractor's schedule and perform excellent work at very fair costs.

I feel lucky to have found such a professional and fair plumber -- he's on my speed dial for any future issues. Thank you Luis and Umberto!

I made the rookie mistake of putting too many orange peels in the garbage disposal and it clogged the drains. I did what I could but it would require professional tools to snake the entire drain line.

Luis came the same day and fixed it. The clear out plug was seized and Luis removed and replaced it on a separate occasion.. a Sunday. Luis was upfront about the cost quote changing because the clear out was seized. He also taught me that the reason why is because of mixing metals... copper and galvanized steel.

Highly recommended. Will call him again if I need plumbing services.

they replaced the cartridge on my bathtub faicet. they responded quickly and arrived on time. Their price is reasonable. i was satisfied with the quality of their work.

Service requested - They Responded very quickly. When I requested a quote, they showed up in about 30 minutes to diagnose the problem. They came back the next day and attempted to performed the repair.

Quality - They installed a new sewer pump, but did not fully clear the sewer line. Two days later the sewer was backing up to the house. They were responsive and came back out the day that I called with the problem. They cleared the line again and so far the sewer system seems to be working fine.

Value - They are very expensive. They charged $3300 dollars to replace the pump and initially clear the sewer line. The pump costed $1300, so they charged $2000 for about 6 man-hours of work. Two days later, when the sewer backed up again,They were responsive and came back out on the day that I called about the problem. However, they did charge an additional $250.

Outstanding work by Luis and his crew installing gas line plumbing for our pool heater. Great quality work and materials provided by Excalibur Plumbing. A friend contractor recommended Luis, and I researched Yelp reviews which gave me further assurance on his work. Excalibur's price was also more reasonable compared to other plumbers' quotes. Luis provided electronically a written estimate and receipt, which was professional. Luis and Excalibur crew showed up on time, completed the work in one day as scheduled, and cleaned up the site before they left. My wife and I were happy with their overall work, job scheduling and communication with us.

Felix and crew replaced my leaking main line pipe in less than 4 hours for a reasonable price. They dug a trench in my lawn and cracked open the concrete where needed. After 4 hours, no more leak! And, they re-did my lawn and laid new concrete to cover the holes they had to make. My front yard looks as good as before and the concrete will be dry by tomorrow. They also drilled a hole in the wall leading to the garage because the original pipe was in the foundation of the house (mistake by the builders). Excalibur made a new connection and installed a spigot outside my garage. Now water can be accessed without opening the garage door. They worked efficiently, showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves. And they were able to schedule my service the morning after they gave their estimate. A plus for someone whose pipes were leaking $$! Highly recommend this plumber.

Shower at my friend's place wouldn't shut off so I did a quick search for plumbers in the area and was introduced to several reputable businesses but decided to go with Luis and his company! He promptly answered estimates and it was a replacement of the cartridge (which I had no tools to do it myself anyways), and he went to go buy a replacement. Came back and good as new. His price was reasonable as it was comparable to other places that gave me estimates as well. He was professional and kind and we both had a workout since the shower was on the 3rd floor and the water shut off valve was on the first. Would recommend him and his business.

Another great service response by Excalibur! Contacted Excalibur at about 3pm on a Saturday due a kitchen sink drain line leak. Found a hole in the bottom of the old drain pipe. Excalibur was at the house at 5:20pm and made quick work replacing the worn section and the P-trap that was very close to also failing. Highly recommend!
