I arrived to my home last night & found water on floor in laundry room. Also had problem that both toilets were not flushing. Called Excaiber
this morning @ 7:00 am & had Curtis here by noon to help with problem. He checked out the problem & told me problem was with the City of Round Rock Wastewater Collection & problem on City equipment. Got phone # & made call to City - they were here and had line cleared b 2:00.
Thanks to Curtis & Excalibur plumbing for assisting us to solve the issue.

The plumber was above and beyond "certified/bonded." He provided a lot of good information to make a reasonable decision as a customer. It avoided "up-sell" or "fear/doubt" type of sales.

Now we've had the water heater for 6 years with zero problems! The install was great attention to detail on better copper/brass pipes, fittings & proper sealing. Along with maintenance tips for long-life.

They were good to work with and handled the warranty claim for me seamlessly. It was disappointing they the Rheem heat pump water heater had a failure in the first year though. So far the replacement unit has worked very well over the past few years.
