I am very happy with the service we received from Raul. He was able to come out quickly and knew exactly how to fix the problem with our water heater. He also took the time to explain the mechanics of the new water heater with us and what was wrong with the old water heater. He installed the water heater efficiently and disposed of the old water heater as part of the price. The entire price was affordable and clearly discussed up front, and so we decided to ask him to take a look at our clogged pipes as well. He was able to do that in addition to the water heater job with the snake and had our pipes cleaned out. These were two really big problems and we are grateful to have them fixed. He was also very nice and referred us to an electrician and appliance repair man that he trusts and depends upon for himself. We will keep Raul in mind for future plumbing needs. Thanks so much :)

I was trying to be the typical know-it-all male and fix my leaky toilet connection by myself. Next thing I know, I've twisted something the wrong way and my bathroom is flooding! So getting over my ego, I stumbled upon this gem of a plumbing service. Raul, the owner, came over within the hour and had my problem fixed in no time at all! He was really friendly & courteous, talking me through what he was doing and making small talk along the way. His pricing was more than fair, much better then I expected especially considering this was an emergency call. So instead of waiting on an appointment with my water turned off for fear of flooding my bathroom, I'm a 100% satisfied customer, now with a working toilet! Can't recommend this plumbing service enough!

Our water heater would not light and it was a hot summer Sunday. We called Exact and Raul was at our house in 15 minutes! Unfortunately we needed a part that could only be order online but Raul made 100% sure what the issue was so we would order the right part. He also showed us how to take apart the parts and put it back together so we wouldn't have to call him out again. Also, he did not overcharge us for a last minute weekend call. We will definitely be calling him again for future fixes.

Honestly, I never thought I would review a plumber and I really never thought the plumber would get 5 stars. But, this is much deserved!

I had an man out working on my air conditioning. In his attempt to fix my air, he had to put my pilot light out. So yesterday afternoon, we realize we have no hot water. We call the gas company. They can't get out until today and don't end up coming until 4:45ish. The gas guy tells us the water heater isn't venting and we need to call a plumber. My thought was: AT 5 O'CLOCK AT NIGHT? So I look on yelp (thanks Yelpers!) and found Raul. He was at my house by 5:30 and actually did the job and was done by 6:30. On top of that, the price was so reasonable. Very friendly and actually showed my sister what was wrong and that it was working correctly.

I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone needing a plumber. Thank you so much, Raul, for the excellent service!

Found Raul on YELP. Gave him a call & he came within 30 minutes to fix a toilet. Turned out to be a relatively easy fix so he just charged me a $35 service charge and took care of the problem right away. I am very pleased with how quickly he came and that he had shoe covers. :)

Our experience with Exact Rooter and Plumbing was very positive.
Raul showed up within 45 minutes of our initial call, right when he said he would. He was professional, dressed in uniform, and fixed our problem promptly after evaluating the possible causes. He demonstrated great plumbing knowledge and even took the time to explain to us what was happening with our pipes, and what some possible options are. I didn't do a lot of calling around because I liked his professionalism over the phone right away, but his prices seemed reasonable for the amount of work involved, and they were clearly set prices that he wasn't making up on the spot. He also guarantees his work for 30 days. Raul went above and beyond to provide good service and I won't hesitate to call him for our plumbing needs in the future.
