I wish more business owners were like Raul. He showed up on time, gave me expert advice, and didn't try to charge for unnecessary services. He checked my water pressure and tried his best to clear a storm drain that was rooted through (other equipment is needed and he gave me good insight as to what to do next). Reeling from an estimate of over $7000 from one of the big roto rooter plumbing repair companies, I searched for a reputable company that could give me a second opinion. Exact Rooter and Plumbing came up on Yelp and I gave Raul a call. He was very busy (good sign), but recognized the urgency of my situation and promised to do what he could to accommodate me. True to his word, he called and arrived that afternoon. His professionalism instilled a high level of confidence. Raul snaked the main line and was able to clear the pipes and restore drainage to normal. We had another plumbing company come out to find and fix a gas leak in a rental house. After finding the leak the plumber (which cost us $189) told us it would cost an additional $1200 to fix the problem and would take 4 hours. $300 an hour sounded like way too much!!
