I had a full house repipe after finding a leak. The initial consultation was informative and they acknowledged my concerns. They were professional and honest. They said they would send a crew who would be there in about 6 hours. The three person crew came in and did an amazing job, but were finished even before the 6 hour mark! Each time my husband or I had a question about the process, they were quick to answer and were extremely helpful. I highly recommend this company to anyone who has issues with their plumbing. They were reasonably priced and professional. Plus, they offer a warranty as a guarantee! You cannot beat this service!

We recently had to have our main sewer line replaced. We called numerous plumbers for quotes, and from the high to the low, they varied by more than $4,000. Jason's team came in on the low side, which if I'm being honest, made me a bit skeptical of their bid. After exchanging a few emails, we decided to hire them. Jason's team showed up first thing on the following Monday and had the job done several hours later the same day. We ended up having an open trench in our front yard for about a week, but that was mostly due to the fact that there were some permitting/inspection issues arising from the challenges with COVID-19 and local government operations. Exact will be my go-to for future plumbing concerns.

Worst service ever had workers incompetent manager or owner doesn't have control of staff I had a job done at my house January 30 2023 I been trying to get exact plumbing back to my house to fix my problem that I paid over $1800.00 . One of the staff name JASON is very disrespectful and rude he hung up phone on me for asking him to come fix my problem I'm confused I have a year warranty on work and product now I get treated horrible from this company lack of my order, respect and competence.

Jason quoted me a price and after his plumber was done ( and he didnt do anything that we agreed to) he went up in price by $200.00. I tried to call him 8 times to ask him why he changed the price and he didn't answer my call but did answer his plumbers call and said he didn't want to deal with the F word customer. Never will I hire him again to do any job for me. He baits you in with a low price and then raises the price after the work is done and then threatens to put a lien on your house. Do not call him!

Called a week in advance to get a quote for a whole house water filtration system. The receptionist/sales person took down my information, said it wasn't necessary to inspect the site and checked with her boss on a quote. $400 for the installation. I scheduled the work for a few days later. They show up and suddenly discover its a much bigger job. Will take an entire day (8 or 9 hours) and cost $95 an hour. In an effort to get the job done, I offered to split the difference between their quote and the new estimate (around $800). They refused to stand by their quote, refused to acknowledge an error, acted as if it was my fault that they didn't adequately screen the job and declined to even split the difference. I spoke to their owner Jason directly. He tells me that their phones are ringing off the hook and he has all the work he needs. Perhaps he does, but he doesn't have mine. Beware. I wouldn't do business with this company or this owner. A failed attempt at a bait and switch and, in my opinion, a complete lack of integrity. What you do is up to you, I took my business elsewhere.
