Exact Plumbing is truly the best plumbing company in Sonoma County. The owner Zach Peterson and his team set the bar for exemplary customer service. I appreciate that they are a locally owned and operated company and they are always friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable! I have had Exact Plumbing over to my house many times for a couple different water heater removals and replacements, leaking pipes, and many other plumbing problems. My only regret is that its taken me this long to finally get a YELP account and give them this 5 Star review they deserve! Thank you Exact Plumbing for all the times you've saved the day at our house!

Friendly, knowledgeable, hard working, diligent, got the job done quickly, but without being careless. Jordan genuinely cared about our home and our well being. I've tried several plumbers in the area, but Jordan with Exact is both the nicest, and most upbeat of them all. Along with a can-do attitude comes fast and efficient service. He came out and fixed some 60-year old galvanized rusty water pipes that had sprung a leak! Got it all fixed within the day, even after having to go get some parts and help another customer. Even when it was a harder job than he originally thought, he did it quickly and with positive attitude. And it did not cost too much more. I hate worrying about plumbing and his informative and friendly attitude put me at ease. He also came out and replaced some plastic waste line that had a split in it, and installed a faucet! Thanks!

Excellent, energetic plumbers! They listen well, are very responsive, professional and thorough. They take the time to explain what they can do and what your options are. Reasonable rates and they use quality materials. When they don't specialize in something related to the project (e.g. electrical or radiant heat) they have good contacts and can arrange for them to come out.

We worked with Jordan. He installed a new kitchen faucet, a thermal expansion tank and an on demand hot water heater. The finished job was clean and precise. They anticipated and took care of the little details I hadn't thought of like matching the caps on the sink holes and replacing worn out seals in the drain that would eventually cause problems. They worked quickly and efficiently, but always took time to discuss things when questions came up.

Exact did a fantastic job in a short amount of time. We were given three options to solve our plumbing issues. We opted for the biggest fix which is best in the long run and the more expensive however I never felt pressured. I was given clear descriptions of each option and was walked through the pros and cons so I could decide.
Although it was a big job they were well equipped to get started right away, returned the next morning to finish and the problem was not only solved but the job looks and functions fantastic.
Positive attitudes and laser focus, I liked that. Thanks guys, great job.
