Our hot water heater was old and finally went out, and we had been without water for a week and a half. I was scrambling to gather estimates on a new one and do research on the best system and brands for our needs. I finally came across Exact Plumbing (wish I had found them first) and everything fell into place.

Jordan took the time over the phone to answer all my questions and was very knowledgable and honest, I felt great about our decision to go to a tankless on-demand hot water system, and the price was right. It was installed 2 days later and we are wondering why we didn't do this earlier - it was all very easy. Jordan was great at communicating with me at all phases of the project, and if we have any further questions or issues in the future, I'm confident they will be very helpful.

Exact Plumbing knows what they are doing and are true professionals, and because they have chosen to remain small, Jordan and his business partner have control over the whole business, from customer communication to installation to follow-up. Exact Plumbing is truly the best plumbing company in Sonoma County. The owner Zach Peterson and his team set the bar for exemplary customer service. I appreciate that they are a locally owned and operated company and they are always friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable! I have had Exact Plumbing over to my house many times for a couple different water heater removals and replacements, leaking pipes, and many other plumbing problems. My only regret is that its taken me this long to finally get a YELP account and give them this 5 Star review they deserve! I've tried several plumbers in the area, but Jordan with Exact is both the nicest, and most upbeat of them all. Along with a can-do attitude comes fast and efficient service. He came out and fixed some 60-year old galvanized rusty water pipes that had sprung a leak! Got it all fixed within the day, even after having to go get some parts and help another customer. Even when it was a harder job than he originally thought, he did it quickly and with positive attitude. And it did not cost too much more. I hate worrying about plumbing and his informative and friendly attitude put me at ease. He also came out and replaced some plastic waste line that had a split in it, and installed a faucet! Thanks!
