I noticed water in my front lawn and thought it was my sprinklers. Called Exact Leak in the morning and they had someone out same day. They told me it was my main water line. Took them just a few hours to dig it up and they got it fixed right away. They left no mess and put my yard back to normal. Big thank you to Rick Flores and his team of professionals.

I cannot express how thankful we are to have worked with Exact on an unfortunate and stressful situation. They were professional, on it with the 30 minute call advance, and when they arrived they were respectful of our property and time. We work from home and having work done at the same time could be stressful however we felt minimal disruptions throughout their visit. In addition we felt their service and advice was honest and practical. They always asked us if we had any questions and kept us abreast of the progress of the work being conducted. All in all we highly recommend this company for their specialty services.

First and foremost these ""LEAK DETECTION"" companies are RIP OFF ARTIST! This is the second one I've dealt with in 10 years. Recently EXACT came by as a insurance coverage (I thought) but AAA CLUB said not covered after the EXACT SCAMMERS came by. No damage just leaked ($300 a month leak) in the garage, so no per se actual damage so they would only (found out 3 days later) cover carpet, flooring and structural damage? So on Thursday EXACT did the detection and the next day I get a call from a chola girl. She said: "" We can come on this Saturday and do the job?"" I said to chola, "" I don't know if my insurance will be covered?"" Chola says,""Don't worry you only have to pay half."" I said, "" what's HALF?"" She said, don't worry half is $2,500 and AAA (auto club) will pay $2,500. I said,""What, $5,000!"" I said, I'll wait until I hear from AAA club. Good thing because I'd be stuck with the $5,000 BILL! Fast forward my cousin helped me do the job it wasn't hard leak to fix a connection under the water heater was leaking and we ""REROUTED"" the leaking pipe and after less than $400 in parts and labor and lunch every day for my cousin and his gas.
On the receipt for the repair it said ""REROUTE PIPE and DRYWALL."" Garage is drywalled. These people are scammers. They prey on people especially SENIORS like myself. Don't trust these SCAMMERS! The first company 10 years ago for another leak, gave me a quote of $14,000 Estimate and I said I got another estimate for 12 the guy says we can do it for $9,000? I said $1,200 dollars not $12,000! There jaws dropped and I saw them OUT IMMEDIATELY! Minus $265 service charge!

We were referred by our homeowners insurance to this company. When it came time to reinstall our water heater, we were charged for $125 for an installation kit. Company did not install supply lines that were in the kit and refused to come back and install them. This company charges for parts (installation kit). Does not install all parts and keeps what they don't use to sell to the next customer. Now we have to hire a plumber to install new supply lines. Why to go EXACT. Do not use this company. They will rip you off.

We had a leak in our walls and my insurance company gave me the number for Exact Leak Detection. I'm so glad I called them. They came out the same day, found and fixed the problem. I would recommend this company, they do good work, thier fast and cleaned up afterwards.

These guys are great. Very respectful and had the old water out fast.The only complaint is they were late. Won't hold that against there work ethic. If I need a plumber or leak detector call them

I am so pleased! This is the third leak detection service I called. The first had horrible customer service and was going to charge more than twice as much as Exact Leak. The second one did not cover our location, but the price and their customer service was so much better. The last one on my list, Exact Leak Detection was beyond my expectations. They answered promptly, were available the next day, and billed our insurance company for the service call. They gave me a 4 hour window and called 30 minutes before they showed up. The technicians Hector and Hunter were a pleasure to work with and luckily, we resolved the problem immediately. They were very friendly and worked quickly. I will recommend this company to everyone!

They are pretty good with Leak Detection, but when it comes to helping you fix the problem, they'll ghost you unless it is a big job. They are also pretty expensive compared to other plumbers, and even if you are willing to pay their high price tag, you are still going to get ghosted.
