Every California homeowner's nightmare, a slab leak. Exact Leak Detection came in and had the water line rerouted within 6 hours. Abdullah and Eugene communicated every step of the process and did a thorough job cleaning upon completion of the job. Abdullah also changed a few angle stops in the kitchen before they left.

The drywall repair was in addition to the cost of the leak repair. The cost for the repair was excellent compared to other quotes I received and the repair was great

We began our relationship with Exact Leaks when our home insurance recommended them. They were great at that time, efficient, offered a flexible payment plan. Fast forward to March 2020. I contacted them to have someone come out to check out the slow drains in my bathroom which was work that they previously took care of. I was told that someone would review our file and get back to me to see when they could come out. I called back another 2 times and was told the same thing. To this day no one has called us back to come out to see what we are even talking about. We were under warranty until May 2020. The blatant unresponsiveness leads me to believe they were just waiting us out and had no plan to assist us during that time (and they were open for business during covid19). I bet if I called back now, they would magically be available and send someone out right away.

My house had a slab leak. I called my home owner's insurance and they sent out Exact Leak Detection. Initially they sent Damian out to check for the leak. Next they sent out 5 guys (Mario, Abdullah, Alex, Anthony, and Eric) to get the repair done that day. The hot water pipe from my water heater to the kitchen was leaking under my living-room. They cut a small square hole in the drywall to cut the pipe and then they rerouted it through the attic to the kitchen. They explained everything to me and gave me options. These guys were great. They completed the job that same day.

Called insurance company for a hot water slab leak and sent Exact Leak to come verify and identify where the leak is. Between insurance company and them, they had already ordinates and approved the work to be done. I wasn't taking any chances to go with some other plumber that wasn't licensed.
