My home needed a shut off valve replaced bc it had seized over time. I discovered this when I tried to swap out washing machines. My house was built in 1953. The water pipes throughout the house are original copper which made the process longer. The tech, Austin was diligent, determined, patient, problem solving, professional...quality work indeed! I will be a repeat consumer and refer my family, friends and neighbors. Value value and now 2 new valves!

Called them for an estimate (a city employee referred me to them) for the repair or replacement of my water service line which, also according to the city, must be done within 2 weeks or my water will be shut off. I called and spoke with Tyler who advised he would come between 12:00 Noon and 2:00 PM today with a call when he is 30 minutes out. As of the end of the day, he is a no-show and no-call!

Had to have pluming replaced and drain snaked. Very nice staff were prompt, answered my questions and the price was very reasonable. The estimate part, I called Evolved and within 2 days had an estimate. The office got back to me and made it very easy to schedule the repair. The work quality was excellent, and they cleaned up everything upon finishing the job.

My experience with this company has been horrible. They suck at communicating with there customers. They came to my house last month to do a job , they were scheduled to come at a certain time, but they came earlier without even calling. They came in to look at a plumbing issue , gave me quote and then I never heard back from them . I had to call them to get an update, very unprofessional. I'm not going to beg a company for my business. Stay away from this company. I will be reporting them to the BBB as well.
