I found it difficult to face customers and charge them inflated prices. My goal with this company is to keep prices as they were before the pandemic. While challenging, I believe it is achievable. My mission is not to focus solely on the affluent; I aim to assist all. Having spent 21 years in plumbing, I’ve worked in both commercial and residential settings. I feel fortunate for the opportunities and knowledge I gained from my previous employers. They taught me to embrace challenges and learn from every task.
