I found it difficult to face customers and charge them inflated prices. I aim to maintain pricing similar to what it was before COVID-19. While challenging, I believe it is achievable. I don’t want to cater only to the wealthy; I want to serve everyone. With 21 years in plumbing, I have experience in both commercial and residential work. I feel fortunate for the opportunities and knowledge I gained from my previous employers. They taught me to embrace challenges and learn from every task.
