Courteous and professional. He was on time and clean, and kept my house clean too! In the end I was charged less than I was quoted, and not even charged for parts or the gasoline for the two trips he made to the hardware store to get the right part! He still honored my voucher. I was also given a 30 day warranty for the repairs he did. What a great experience for my first time having to get a plumber for myself.

I called to have my main line drained. Jason was honest and helpful. Although he was not available the day I called, he connected me with another plumbing company who was. That is amazing customer service. That shows integrity and true customer service!

I have never written any review on Yelp before but felt compel to do so after my bad experience. I chose Jason at Everyday plumber because of the overwhelming positive comments but am shocked at how my experience was so different than the others on Yelp. I had two sinks that were leaking and needed a new sink cartridge. With my limited experience with sinks and improper tools, I was unable to take the cartridge out myself. I therefore called Jason and asked him about his pricing. He told me he charged $70 per hour and that he started charging when he took out his tools to begin work. He indicated that he could give me a free estimate.

Once Jason came out he said the problem was either a new washer or new cartridge tat needed to be replaced. He then quoted us $175 for both sinks. I asked him why the price was so high if it merely involved him removing the sink cartridge which would arguably not take him two and a half hours based on his hourly rate to do. He said tat the cost was for his travel time and ""other"" costs. Since my wife and I needed to have the sink fixed, we reluctantly agreed to the cost. After Jason got his tools from his vehicle and simply removed the knob and cartridge of one sink, he said it needed a new cartridge and that he would attempt to find it for us. After 5 minutes of work, he charged us $70 dollars and told us he would apply it towards the completion of the job. A month later, he never contacted us to complete the job and our sinks are still leaking.

I would avoid this plumber despite what these other reviews say. Billing practice and integrity are highly questionable.

I was in search of a plumber and called 3. Jason picked up the phone at 7am and was the only plumber I could get ahold of. All the other ones I called, left a message they never called me back and one was a no show. Jason was on it from the moment we called, and is easy to get in touch with. We just had 4 sink faucets replaced and a new regulator put in. Jason was very professional, knowledgeable,. and he arrived on time as promised! He was also friendly and the work came out perfect! I highly recommend Jason for all your plumbing needs!

First I have to say that I am very picky when it comes to any house repairs. I had been looking for a plumber that offered three things: 1. Great knowledge on how to fix the plumbing issues in my home (two bathrooms needed work so i could finally take a shower again instead of always taking baths, unplug a bathroom sink and to put my water heater into earthquake safe mode with strong brackets around it), 2. great and friendly customer service, and 3. Reasonable and fair price for the services done. Well I have to say that Jason from Everyday Plumbing met and exceeded all three!!! He talked to me first on the phone about the issues and then we scheduled a time for him to come out and give me a free estimate. When he arrived on time at my house he was friendly and explained what he could do to fix my home's plumbing in a way that I could understand. He even said that I didn't need all of the complicated and very expensive work that other plumbers said I would need. He sent his quote for the work via email the same day. I definitely wanted him to do the work so I scheduled an appointment with him. He arrived on time and was professional and friendly. He did the work in a very reasonable amount of time and even gave me a lower price because he said that I didn't need everything he had originally thought I needed. What!! Who does that. Most people would have just kept the original quote. I am so glad that I contacted Everyday Plumbing. I highly recommend this company!!

I had a leak under my toilet - I figured it was somehow leaking around the wax seal. Sure enough - the seal had failed - because of roots! I feared a cracked pipe and called Jason based on the reviews in Yelp. He called back in 20 minutes and was on site within 40 minutes. He deduced, correctly, that the roots were coming around the pipe - not from inside. Whew! I can deal with that. Inexpensive, professional, and knowledgeable. He removed the roots, flushed the drain. We dosed the roots with root killer and he re-installed the toilet promptly. Nice job. I'm pleased to recommend Everyday Plumbing.

Agreeing with all the rest. Had Jason come out a few times for various things - roughed in the plumbing for us on a bathroom remodel, fixed a leak on our main, and unclogged the drain. Always good service, reasonable prices, nice guy...Good to support a local small businessman as well. Definitely recommended.

Jason is fantastic! He was on time and very professional. He was able to unclog my kitchen sink in less than 15 mins. He was very thorough with the task and even helped me out a solvent in my pipes to help clear up the sludge. I highly recommend him.
