I've been using Everyday Mechanical Corporation for around 10 years. The first job they did was a conversion from oil heat to gas heat. Everything was done perfectly and is still running smoothly. I use them for all my plumbing needs from leaking steam pipes and sinks to leaking toilets they get the job done. No job too big or too small. Prompt same or next day service is usually available with a courtesy call an hour before arrival. Ask for Marvin, he's the best!

My other external split ductless water pump broke after 14 years; not bad for a $100-200 part that runs all summer long. I did not hesitate to call Everyday Mechanical who promptly gave me a quote. When the part was received they scheduled the installation and their team who came - on the hottest day of 2022 - were utmost professionals. As they were leaving I asked them to look at the other water pump they installed last year to see if they could make it quieter. In 10 minutes they did. The Refco Gobi II pump may be the quietest one on the market.

These guys put in our Fujitsu units several years ago. They did an amateur job. They left yards of black coil behind each outdoor unit. They didn't cover the wires that ran up to the 2nd floor from the unit. They said they were going to come back and fix it. They never did. I remember I ran several times and finally gave up. We were happy because the AC's were cooling the house.

Fast forward today our living room unit was not cooling anymore. We called RichAir to come and fix it. They did an amazing job and removed the yards of black coil left behind the outside unit. And the upstairs units are running powerful.

To this day, I am not sure why Everyday Mechanic left our outdoor unit the way they did, and never honored their word by finishing the job. Do not go to them to have your ductless AC units put in.

Overall these guys are tough to deal with, dishonest and unprofessional. They don't like questions or understanding work orders. They are easily annoyed and hard to deal with. They are scared of ConEd and make it very difficult to determine options on more complicated work. Save a headache and call someone else that will appreciate the job and understands how to deal with people, not just pipes.

Paul went above and beyond to help us in a major crisis. We had been away from our apartment for a few weeks. Upon returning, we discovered that our tub was overflowing with greywater from the apartments above us. It was vile and had seeped out of the bathroom all over the place. Our landlord referred him to us. It was late on a Sunday night in the middle of the CovId crisis. He came right over. He was friendly, professional, thorough and effective in fixing the problem. He was wearing a mask and was extremely careful about social distancing and advising us on how to sanitize everything. I can't imagine these negative reviews are from the same plumber we got. I highly recommend his services to anyone dealing with a genuine plumbing emergency.

Terrible customer service. I was referred to Everyday Mechanical from my landlord. I called and made an appointment. I was given a 6 hour window that they would arrive between I said that was unacceptable. I was then given a 3 hour window. The day they were supposed to fix the air conditioner I got a voicemail an hour before they were supposed to show up saying that there were a bunch of emergencies and my air conditioning wouldn't be fixed until 3 hours later. I called them back saying no 3 hours later was unacceptable. I made an appointment a week in advance so that I would be home to wait around for them. I was told they were sorry and there was nothing they could do. I talked with a manager who said they don't give out 3 hour windows. Only 6 hour windows and I was being bumped because the building I live in doesn't have a contract with their company so I am not a priority. The manager basically said there was nothing I can do and it is fine if I take my business somewhere else. I will do that.
