My sink backed up and flooded my kitchen with water everywhere. Gary was my plumber who provided excellent service and explained what the problem was and then quickly resolved it.

Everyday plumbing & rooter did some home warranty work for us - and there was some controversy over the repair as well as with the first technician. Everyday sent out a different technician - Chris, who was the consummate professional - and fixed all issues without any drama. Great customer service, very responsive & communicative. I would call them again....as long as they send Chris out!

These guys are unreliable and untrustworthy. If First American assigns them to your claim, perhaps consider getting a second opinion.

Terrible customer service, at least when referred by First American Home Warranty. Everyday Plumbing took 4 days to contact me to set an appointment, they're supposed to do it within 24 hours.
When the plumber finally showed up a week later, he looked at the leaky faucets and said he had to get the repair approved and that I'd hear back from First American. Didn't hear anything from anyone for a week, called First American, learned that the plumber never submitted a report, he just closed the request. So the First American rep tried to call Everyday Plumbing to sort it out - they refused to give her any info about my service call and then just hung up on her.
I've never dealt with a more unprofessional company than Everyday Plumbing & Rooter, and First American Home Warranty is a close second place.

Horrible company and service. Armen caused more damage by resetting a garage disposal and not testing the water. The water spit out all over my floor. Shame on first american home warranty. Stay away from this company.

I used these guys through my home warranty service and because of the bad reviews I was terrified at what the results were going to be like. However, I was really pleasantly surprised! My plumber came over and fixed 3 things fairly easily and gave a bit of advice on some other things I asked him about. He was the most chatty guy but got stuff done quickly and was a super nice. The first appointment we made he actually wanted to come early but I couldn't make it so we rescheduled. The 2nd appt he was right on time and actually I was late!

Referred by First Am warranty to evaluate a faucet leak. My insurance policy apparently didn't cover it but the guy they sent stated he would charge $60 for parts and service (on top of my $85 deductible already paid through phone prior to visit). He later retracts his price and asks for $85. It became incredibly awkward to discuss his sudden price variation but told him that he shouldn't tell customers false pricing and he just shrugged it off. What a POS.

Terrible service the technician came almost 2 hours late I call there customer service and they don't answer my call and send me to there voicemail very sad experience with this company

This is a garbage company and absolutely unreliable and very unprofessional. They were assigned by the First American Home Warranty company to fix a simple toilet problem. On the first visit the plumber ordered some parts. On the 2nd visit, some other plumber showed up with no parts. On the 3rd and 4th visit nobody showed up. There is no way to talk to anybody. They never respond to any phone calls/texts/e-mails. Even the First American Home Warranty is frustrated with them. I have made a complaint with the Insurance Contractors Relations Department. If the insurance company assign this plumber to your claim, make sure you refuse them. Absolutely useless company. By the way, their ad says they are accredited by BBB (Better Business Bureau). They are NOT. Don't trust this fake plumbing company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY REFERRED BY FIRST AMERICAN HOME WARRANTY!!! Absolutely horrible service and true definition of scammers! The tech came out, only looked at my pipe (located inside MY garage) and requested authorization (more$) to access my neighbors house. Didn't even bother cutting a hole around the pipe that's clearly damaged and clearly located inside MY home. Money selfish for sure no matter how broke the consumer.
