Jerry does very good work. Arrived a bit later than originally scheduled, but had a good explanation for why. I appreciated very much that he took care to wear a mask, cleaned up after the work was done, was courteous, and provided such a reasonable price.

After 17 years it was time for a new in sink garbage disposal. I requested quotes from several local Jacksonville area companies. 2 did not reply. 1 replied with a sales pitch but not the simple service/parts estimate I'd requested until pushed. Meanwhile, Jerry replied right away with an accurate quote, followed up, was able to make the service/replacement call very quickly within a time frame that worked with my schedule. And the work itself was as quick, clean and very professional while also friendly. As if it were his own sink! He also gave me a great recommendation for a local handyman, which was very appreciated.

Jerry is a very friendly guy. He did the work required. I noticed a number of people said he had to leave to pick up some parts, which he also had to do for me to fix a simple plunger problem. I am surprised he doesn't just keep some basic parts in his truck. Expect to pay 2 hours min. Other than that, i was satisfied.

After two very dissatisfying experiences with other local plumbing companies, I was begrudgingly on the hunt for someone else to call. I read a five-star review about Jerry that was posted that same morning, so I decided to give him a shot. The third time really IS the charm; not only did he listen to my situation with the previous two companies I tried to hire, he apologized on their behalf and was adamant about not letting me down. He had just finished a job and told me he already had another one scheduled for that same afternoon, but he still decided to fit me in at the last minute and arrived at my house shortly thereafter. I had a clogged kitchen sink that needed to be snaked and he knocked it out pretty fast. We had a pleasant conversation and he gave me excellent tips for future maintenance. He also tightened one of the slip nuts on the p-trap after I pointed out a slow leak, and since he drove straight to my house from another job and didn't have time to re-organize the tools in his truck, we joked about how he could snake a sink faster than he could find a wrench! Jerry was pleasant, professional, and cared very much about making sure I didn't have another bad experience with a plumbing company. It truly meant a lot to me that he was able to fit me into his busy schedule at such short notice. He was also very considerate about MY time and made sure to complete the job quickly so I could get back to work. If I could rate him with more stars, I would!

We were in the process of selling our home. During an inspection it was discovered that even though it still worked like a champ, our water heater was way past its due. We called about 6 different companies and Everybody's Plumbing was the best price by far! Jerry was very easy to deal with, kept good communication, answerd all of our questions, and got the job done in no time. He even gave us some good tips on how to save some money and deal with our kitchen faucet that tends to mess up from time to time! Jerry was amazing! First off I needed a plumber to come out to my house same day because a pipe leading to my washer cracked (cold water) and because of this my water was shut off to my house from the street. Jerry was able to come out after he finished up another job. He arrived on scene and took a look and told me he had to go to the supply store to get the parts he needed to fix it. He came back and was thoughtful enough to grab an item that would fix both pipes (you know what they say, if an item is in pairs and one goes bad, the other isn't far behind). From there he continued to fix and replace the old parts all while keeping great conversation with me and giving me tips on places to check out around the area. Once it was said and done we turned the water back on, hooked up the washer and did a test cycle and everything worked like nothing had happened. Needless to say I definitely recommend Everybody's Plumbing Co. Jerry was amazing and helped me out in a bind!
