I called about 5 plumbers before calling Every. I should have just called them first. They showed up when they said they would. They did the job in no time and it was done correctly. I had a leak in my shower, which rotted wall. They reframed the wall for me and fixed our subfloor. And the best part is they cleaned up after themselves. Whenever I asked if they could look at another thing not working right in the bathroom they were right on it. Whenever we have another remodel that involves plumbing, we'll be calling Every Plumbing.

My husband and I needed a reverse osmosis system done. We called, they took our information and said that they would call us back the next day. They never called us back. We called them everyday for 3 weeks and everyday they said they would call us back. They finally came out when we told them that they would be coming that week or we would be taking our business elsewhere. On the way out to our house, the plumber called and told us that we would have to supply our own test strips and filters so we had no time to go get them before he arrived. He took one look at it and said that he would have to come back another day to do the job because he didn't have the filters or test strips to know whether the system was working or not. $200 later and we still didn't have an operable R. O. System. We ended up calling Culligan who came out within 2 days of calling to look at it. A week later and now it's done. Every Plumbing has very poor customer service! Will be doing business with Culligan as much as possible from now on!
