We needed to replace all of the old galvanized pipe in our house and Nathan and his crew did a great job! We decided to use Evertrust Plumbing after meeting Nathan during the estimate. He is very knowledgeable (he is a master plumber) and a really nice guy. They all worked hard and finished in one day and everything was as promised, and cleaned up also! His pricing was also really good!!! Will definitely use him again; so glad we found him

We had two Toto toilets installed about 2 years ago. Trying to sell our house now. Inspectors found a leak in the room below the upstairs toilet, after they flushed the toilet repeatedly a few times. Called a new plumber and he told me the flanges were not installed correctly. And he showed me the caps at the base of the toilet were all rusted from the leaking water. I asked the new plumber to check the downstairs toilet 'just in case' since same guy installed both. Sure enough, he said, installed incorrectly and the toilet had been leaking into the slab below. It cost $500 per toilet to fix and I will now also have to repair drywall that was cut in order to identify the cause of the leak. Worse, our escrow was closed, partly because of this issue. Buyers have walked away. I'm glad they never picked up the phone or returned my phone call earlier this week when I was trying to find a plumber to find solution and fix these leaks.

Does this company ever pick up their phone? Called them multiple times yet never once have picked up their phone. I seen them come to my complex multiple times. Wonder how people ever get any type of communication with them.

These guys live up to their name you can forever trust them I have for years for my commercial building last month they came on a Saturday and completed the job about gouging me and then five days ago they came back for another job and I actually had a good time although I think I may have slowed them down a bit with all my talking most importantly they did a fantastic job and even the tenants mentioned how great the place looked after they left

I shopped around quite a bit trying to find a plumber who could fix a few of the issues that arose out of my recent home purchase inspection. They price they estimated was around the same price as most of the others I spoke with. Although some quotes much higher and only one quoted roughly the same but with additional work would be covered. I didn't go with that company for other reasons. Any who, EverTrust came out for an assessment free of charge! One of the other places charged $45-$75 just to do an assessment! I don't have a ton of money, so the fact that this was free, I was overly happy. A close friend of mine referred a specific plumber with EverTrust but of course you can't call them directly. I was skeptical when I read some of the reviews on here and Google, but since he referred them, I put my trust in my buddy. Turns out the guy who he had shared was the person who showed up! Talk about winning. Nathan and his colleague were on time, polite, and professional. We had the leaking pressure regulator replaced, installed a main shutoff since our's couldn't be located (thanks 1993 construction), and installed a new toilet. Originally we were just going to replace the wax ring, but we were advised (1) the toilet the previous owners installed is the worst of the worst and it's not ergonomically good and (2) install of a new toilet and replacing a wax ring is the same labor cost. The only difference is the price of the toilet. So we decided to get a new throne. They even helped with a old hose connection faucet! Again super nice and professional. The estimate came back in two parts which was nice. The cost our original plan and the cost of the plan with the upgraded toilet. I would suggest them for your plumbing needs.

WE learned of Evertrust Plumbing from another community member and called them in to repair a simple leak in our ceiling. The gentlemen who came did a good job in good time, about an hour and a half. They replaced a small piece of waterline above our bathroom vanity. However their price was truly outrageous. We asked them about price and were told approximately $350 to $400. When we finally received the bill, it was $683 for not more than 1 1/2 hours work. We later checked with a few other plumbers and again were told should be somewhere between $350-$450. We do feel as if we were taken to the cleaners here. That is why this is two stars and not 4 or 5.

Don't ever call them!!!! The guy came and left it open couldn't fix it. I called the company and told them that it still leaking but no one care anymore!! Don't waste your time and money!!

This ONE star review is for the sales guy, Dennis. He talks a good talk but after working with him, I quickly realized that he isn't as knowledgeable as he'd like one to think he is. Service was great from the the guy that came out. He was very knowledgeable and informative. Hey, you want to round up jobs, get a sales guy who knows what he's doing and knows about plumbing!

I submitted an online request for a bathroom remodel with a water heater conversion to tankless. Dennis was quick to respond but had a very short window to come out and take a look at my bathroom. Unfortunately I was at work and couldn't accommodate his time. He said he would call me the next day to set up a time early in the next week. Never got that call. I called to follow up twice and had to leave voicemails. No response at all. To bad because he came highly recommended by a friend.
