They charged us over $6500 for the water pump replacement. It was ridiculous.

The guy emphasized that we use a higher horse power water pump (commercial use) and that it will cost double the regular residential use ones. He even showed me the bills he charged others. It is a such a big mistake that we did not do much research on water pumps and plumbers.

They initially showed up on Friday morning (and we paid half of the amount that day) and came back on Saturday and told us they would need a crane to pull the old pipes & pump up. They didn't show up on Sunday. On Monday, they pulled the old pump up and put the ""new"" defective pump in. Of course the water pump didn't work. They were not sure why it didn't work. On Tuesday, they pulled the pump up again and argued among themselves about the cause of problem. On Wednesday, they brought a new pump and finally finished installing it.

It took us 6 days to have the new water pump. It was not pleasant to live without water for that long. Still, we paid 6500 bucks, 2-3 times of what people usually pay.

Just so you know, the pump itself cost less than $1.5k. The price for the commercial use pump is only slightly expensive than the regular residential use one.

Just look for the honest company and stay away from these guys.

Seemed like a super nice guy until we got a second opinion...our second opinion saved us $3K and had my water running in 15 minutes! Our second opinion showed us that it was switch that needed replacing inside of the house instead of a new pump outside quoted at $3K or maybe even having the well re-dug at 17K. Interesting that Mr. ""Nice Guy"" at Everready had supposedly checked that same switch. Fraud and con! Run away!

Had an issue with pressure at the house. From the moment I spoke with this guy he sounded like a real smooth talker. Long story short, he tried to get me for 2k. Had another contractor come out and fixed the issue for $150.00. The truthful new contractor said ""anyone that came down here that knew what they were doing, would have seen the issue and it wouldn't cost you what he was trying to charge you."" Do not use this company. I save a lot of money by going elsewhere. Nice try guy.

This company charged for services not completed then became rude when called to return to finish the work. Months later after numerous calls and promises to finish, the work was completed in a rushed manner and the worker did not clean up afterward. Money was held as credit for months but any refund denied even though due. Office staff rude and hung up on me when questioned. NEVER use this company!

I strongly recommend this company, they are fair, professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Walked me through the entire process explaining in detail. Just this past week I had an infestation of bugs in my well, which I found in the water while giving my one year old a bath. Panic set in. The water we are drinking and cleaning with has bugs in it! Looked for plumbing and well service and came access Everready. They had good reviews so first thing the next morning I called them. The lady who answered the phone was great. She was ready to send someone out to correct the problem as soon as I was ready for them. We scheduled for them to come out the following day at 9am so I could give work a days notice that I needed the day off. Unfortunately that's where the great service stopped. The next morning I'm home, 9am, waiting for Everready people to arrive and no one shows. I give them some leeway since I live in a rather rural area, but by 10am still no call and no show. By this time I got the feeling no one was coming. I called Everready, sounded like the same nice lady who scheduled the appointment for me. I asked where they were and she said, ""Oh, he is going to be there Friday morning. He said he was going to call you.."" (It was Wednesday) No one ever made contact with me after making the appointment. I took the day off of work for this? A no call and no show?! The lady said she was going to call him (whoever him is) and call me right back. Twenty minutes go by and no call back. So I call her back, hey it's me again, what's the status? She said, ""Oh he said he called you yesterday but you didn't answer."" And that's it. Seriously? No voicemail? I get ten calls a day from telemarketers with spoofed local numbers, good chance I didn't answer. Normally a business would leave a message if it was something as important as changing an appointment. Totally unprofessional and I lost a day of leave at work for nothing, and we still have bugs in our water. Thanks a lot Everready. Dissatisfied.

I called my plumbing company that I had used for six years when my pipes froze and water backed up into all of my plumbing systems throughout the house. Was told that they were swamped and DIDN'T work on the weekends.

Called Everready Plumbing and they were out the next morning, after giving advice on what to do in the meantime. Norm and his partner were efficient and diagnosed the problem immediately. They also found a separate issue with my water pump, which will be replaced. If this had not been found, I would potentially have had a full well system failure in less than one year.

Highly recommend Everready Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

Had a broken water feeder pipe under our concrete slab. Norm and his partner responded and replaced it with new pipe. Also replaced defective water valve with a 90 degree ball valve. All done under emergency fix during wintery storm all in less than a day, including re-cementing floor. Excellent job!
