I had a hot water pipe leak underneath my sink. Everon's plumbing came out within with a hour. Mr Otis was very nice and friendly /knowledgeable and professional. Everon's plumbing installed a new water heater. Mr. Everon suggested adding an expansion tank with the water heater. I had never heard of an expansion tank before. Mr. Everon explained that the expansion tank. It has improved my water pressure. He did a great job. The service was completed in a timely manner and very professional.

Otis is friendly, fairly priced, and gets the job done right. He clearly enjoys his job, and does the job with a smile. I originally called to have my main cleared (running water in one bathroom resulted in shower overflow in the other), as I have had this issue several times before (typically every 6-12 months). Every other plumber I have called spends hours doing this, and the whole thing is an ordeal (taking time off work or paying for after hours, etc). Otis worked with me on timing and met me after work without charging extra.

He looked at my issue, and explained that a mains clear out might work, but isnt the real problem, but I probably have a clog on a branch off the main. He ran a snake from inside the house, cleared 3 to 4 clogs in the line, and was done in under an hour. My drains are running clear now, and at half the cost and much less time than other plumbers I have called.

He will be my first call from now on.

We had a strange hissing noise in our wall. Our Home Warranty company sent Everon's to us. It was a Saturday, and they were the only one in the area available to come out that day. We were concerned we had a leak. The person was schedule for 5-6pm, but he did not arrive until 6:30. When he did show up, he spent less than 5 minutes evaluating the issue. He proceeded to tell us that ""This is just the way pipes sound. You have no insulation in that wall."" We of course believed him. He was the professional. He claimed that if we had a leak, ""There would be water everywhere!""

Well, last night we noticed some strange buckling on the seams of our flooring. The flooring was installed in August, so it is BRAND new! This morning, just about every seam of our flooring had buckling in the vicinity of the hissing wall. We called our Home Warranty company and they sent a different plumber, who discovered a pin hole leak in our pipe behind the wall. The wall itself is soaked from the inside, and the flooring in half our kitchen and hall all have to be replaced. Only part of this damage is covered by the Home Warranty company. If Everon's had dealt with the issue on Saturday night, we would not be replacing our BRAND NEW floor tomorrow.

We have Old Republic home warranty and was matched up with Otis the owner. He cleared our wall drain pipe on the first visit (a holiday, Jan 2nd!) and he discovered a bigger problem, got the insurance approved for us, then returned and replaced the pipes and installed our faucet. He is very friendly, professional, and thorough. We appreciated him taking his time on a Friday evening to ensure the job was done perfectly. Gave our neighbors his business cards!
